Would they benefit for trimming any at this point? Week 4 after switching lights. They have been topped and some training. Still not getting light very deep. Will try a scrog next time.

Sure take some off. I try to only take a few at a time to minimilize any stress in flower. I would also rather tuck leaves behind other branches and leaves before cutting them off.

Yep, I would defoliate a little bit but only the leaves that you're 100% are overshadowing bud sites. Just 4-6 leaves per branch should do the trick as I can see you've defolaited before.

Ideally in soil one wants to flush for two weeks before harvest and one wants to harvest when trichomes are 50/50.. but, how do you know WHEN to start flushing? How do you know when the plant is "close" to that moment and does this speed up the color change of the trichomes? Ty!Week 8

Keep or trim the "popcorn" buds?I cannot provide any light to this area they to deep down the canopy, should i cut them. If yes, all at once?
