Does cannabis prosper under insect netting? If so, what are some good brands? Thanks

In close to forty years of outdoor growing, not once have I ever had the need to use any sort of insect protection or pesticides. As long as your plants are healthy, and you don't spray, any bad bugs will get eaten by good bugs soon enough, just don't panic, let the natural balance look after itself. Once you eliminate one problem, you open the door for another problem to flourish. Besides, any type of netting in direct contact with your buds will knock/rub most of the trichomes clean off your plants. Even if you find aphids (for example), they might get around for a week or so, then all of a sudden you will find lady bugs/hover flies/wasps there eating themselves full of aphids and in 2 weeks or so all the aphids will be gone. If you start sprying, it not only kills bad bugs, but good ones too, and once there is an imbalance, along comes a new threat that will then thrive, as there is no competition and no good bugs to keep them in check either. As long as your pants are healthy, insects will not be a problem. If they are weak and sickly, then they are an open invitation to the nasty bugs. And I am sure you wouldn't grow weak and sickly plants, would you? Hope this hellps, Organoman.
