Defoliate?

I'm debating doing some defoliation. Is the growth of this plant bushy enough to benefit from it? Newbie here.

It looks good to me 👍 I would only take off leaves that are either blocking bud sites or under leaves that light doesn't reach. It looks like a perfect amount of leaves to soak up that light to grow big buds & not hold onto too much humidity at the same time.

I would not take many if you do try to tuck them if possible over trimming. I personally so a selective defoliation on autos in flowering. Basically a thinning of leaves. You don't look really busy so I would not be too worried in your case. Maybe a few in center is about it to open up deeper light in center.

Defoliating = Mildly injuring the plant ... Autos especially in this important flower building stage you're in you want to stress her as little as possible. I'd only take what I mentioned in my previous comment.
