Should I be defoliating her more? 1st grow, 50 day old sativa dominant autoflower, I got pretty good airflow, but it's tough to get my humidity below about 52%🤬 and I just want avoid any potential mold issues, etc. Thanks... 🙏🙏

I would go a lot more.
There is plenty articles about how and what.
Check my 8 sisters flowering week 3 and 6. I did two heavy waves with explanation what and many pictures and video what was after.
Your girl will love it, she is healthy, you have many bud sites all the way long. Plant is tall. In my mind you will win a lot, bud denser, less trimming.
