I have 2 autos on the go, gelato cake auto and a forbidden fruits auto, bith in different pots at the minute, but I am wondering if I can place both in a massive tub together just to simplyfie things, im doing it cheap and simple in uk, as diary's and previous questions show.

You can, but you absolutely should not! The plants will start to compete for space, both above and underground. Furthermore you can't adjust the setting, if for example one plant lacks some nutriens. From the image I can tell you already failed. Wrong pots - way to small and no air flow, poor soil... You'll learn the hard way... no front😎

Im currently having different 3 autos flowering in the same pot, its surely possible, but i the problem is on the end, is they are different strains they have different flowering timesand so you either cant flush the one that is ready, or flush but by doing so attack the others plant nutes away. I have 1 sativa only in beginning og flowering and indica that i will cut this week , and a hybrid inbetween. Such a struggle

NO, they will compete for everything and instead of getting 2 plants, you end up with 2 half plants. Ask me how I know................

Okay, here's my take on it. With 2 different strains you'll have a hard time when you come into certain defs that you need to do and let the soil dry out say if it's iron, there's just too many different variables that I can go into. Even with 2 of the same strain, if 1 comes down with an issue you are going to have to set the soil and focus on the fix and you are just asking for too many unknowns. You might get away with it once and even then you won't have a good a grow if you just did 2 11L pots. Unless you have a massive pot but even then root entanglement will be an issue and I know I'm repeating myself but autos especially different strains need different things and different fixes. And if you get hit with any diseases you can say goodbye to both plants and also pests are hard to deal with in the same tent but the same pot. Just use 2 different pots. It really is too much hassle you'll run into too many issues even the most experienced grower would run into issues if the plants are in anything less then a bed or you have 1 big ass 80-100L bucket and have your plants not too close to the bucket wall so it can make a root ball. Really, save yourself the hassle. You can but you have to deal with issues if 1 has it you better hope you have time to get around to the other plant if that comes down with its own issues. Good luck..

how massive? i got 2 plants in 74L pots if you check out my diary you’ll see it. its not ideal by any means but it can work as long as the plants do not differ in vigour too much and are of relatively same genetic origin (ie. indicas with indicas). by the looks of it either one of them have been in the small pot from the start and thats why its small or it has less vigour or has been sown late. there is a chance the bigger one may outcompete the little gal and it’ll not grow much in the same pot. again though how massive are you talking about?
