I would clean the grow before flipping, and also let it grow a bit more, so they may grow a bit taller.

Soon mate. Remember they will stretch at least twice as much in height, if your tight on head room you don't want to leave it to long.

My rule of thumb is let the canopy fill up about 75% and then flip to flower. You look like you're close to capacity right now, so when you flip, your canopy might get crowded. I say flip into flower now, for sure. Good luck!
