100% during flower - there is no other way - at about 12-14 inches from the tops.

I’d be 15-18” off the canopy at 80-100%. I use the FCE 4800 And I flower it at about 12-15” from canopy at 80%

I do a 50 to 80 perperct during stretching then turn to 100 percent. Go off how plant leaves look for distance. About 15 to 30 inches is the window. Leaves will be spraying and standing up when you are in a prime spot.

Assuming you properly sized your light to your growing area it should be at 100% intensity and 16-24 inches off the top of the canopy.

Light schedule So I got a new timer and messed up schedule. Plants got 16 hrs of light, turned lights out as soon as I noticed (5am). 11am-11pm light.(5 weeks into flower) Should I let plants have 12hrs dark now and resume 12-12 , or let lights come on at 11am(6hrs dark)

Grow lights I'm currently looking for a new grow light. But it's crazy how many choices there are. Since my grow area is very small, 40x40cm or 1x1', I don't need a lot of wattage. So would prefer to invest in quality over quantity. Any suggestions?

Seedlings Woke up this morning and she’s grown a bit from yesterday. 4cm tall now. HLG 135 was dimmed (to a level that was comfortable to look at, I have no way of measuring output right now) and is 26” away. I know it’s early but I have no experience!

LED glass/plastic cover.Glass/plastic cover on cheap led lights.. do you remove them or not? From keeping reptiles I know that any glass/plastic will reduce UV. Just wondering if anybody's noticed any difference after removing the glass.

My grow tent is sitting in my basement, which normally sits at 10C in the winter, so I set the heat in the room to 18C and the LED and 2 fans heat it to 20.4C in the tent. Anyone have a similar setup but using their grow lights as a heat source? Heating a basement is expensive.
