Without knowing how close to the light your plant was, it certainly looks like the tips got burned. If not the light, I wouldn't call it a nutrient deficiency, rather a nutrient overdose. Flush her, and pull back on the nutes.

Droopy leaves is either light too close too soon, or a watering issue where more perlite in substrate would help resist that. She was fed heavy on nitrogen, but Is not locked out. You would have deficiency signs all over if locked out. That would be mainly ph issues in that case. Yours is light and water amounts. No need to flush anything. Just maintain a good 30 percent run off of what you put in when feeding.

I'm not sure what it is you're worried about... if it's the fact that the buds are not standing up straight, yeah your lights are too close... pull them up another 4-5" ... If it's the color, it looks like you had given the plant too much nitrogen earlier and may still be in a lockout situation. If you have those worries, flush her with 3x the pot volume of pH'd plain water - for you, that would be 42L ... let her dry out before giving her anything more... at that point, you can resume your nutes. Good luck...
