Light intensity too high? Lumatek ATS 300W Pro (816 µmol/s, 2.8 µmol/J)

Plant to light distance is now at 30-40 cm, closer than recommended by Lumatek (50 cm min). This is just an 80x80 tent, would ya'll recommend turning her down to 75%? I'm noticing some light stress and a light burn, so I guess that answers my question. But wanted to make sure.

Yes you have answered your own question. I didn't see any bleaching or stress in pictures though. You should be at a point where she wants the most light for bulking. I run my whole grow with light at the top of the space. Just adjust intensity through out grow. Leaves will bleach white or yellow and canopy otop will yellow overall for light stress or burn. Good luck and happy growing 🌱

To be on the safe side yes I would always lower the light for the first week and gradually increase as she gets later into bloom and can handle more light intensity. Every pheno is different though as I'm sure you know. Hope this helps.

Actually you can raise your light up or turn it down which is the "recommended" way to do it or you can check out Dr bugbee's video on PPFD, DLI and VPD and see what he has to say, after watching his videos and his suggestions after many many years of research I got all my variables in check and I ramped my light up 100% pushing 1700 PPFD and close to 70DLI and my plants could be any happier, buds so tight that diamonds are no longer classified as the hardest material on the planet....😂🤣.. I would suggest turning them down though it seems you might not be in the proper parameters for a full exposure to your light but here is Dr Bugbee's video explaining optimal environment for the most light you can push on a plant. https://youtu.be/JwtkHxv_3pU
