A "Cool tube" is the answer.
Hook it up dirctly to one of your ducts and your problems will be no more.

Yes, if it's too hot, try less light hours. You can add a wet towel hanging up in the tent to increase humidity.
Where are you extracting your hot air to? It has to be outside the house, or else temps will keep rising.
You can also buy a cool tube for MH/HPS bulbs. It's that or buy an LED. Both of these solutions will bring temps down a lot.
