1 week before flowering or 2/3 weeks after flowering becouse any plant when flower grow a lot .. let say is 10 weeks till finish 4 veg 6 flower soo good time to defoliate week 4 and week 7 just don't over do it 😎 I hope this help

Start at the bottom work the way up. It's an auto yes, it will recover from a defoil. Autos are not as flimsy as many like to believe, however you should only do sections of the plant at a time and never fully strip the plant of all its fan leaf. Start by taking the leaf from the bottom branches first then take some from the top to open up the canopy. Allow light to get to the branches under all those big fan leaves.

Since you have an autoflower, I wouldn't go for a full defoliation at one go. start removing a couple of leaves every 2 to 3 days so you don't cause a lot of stress.
Start by removing the most unhealthy and covered fan leaves and work your way accordingly.

Remove lower branches on this grow?Should I just remove the lower branches or keep them? They are getting pretty heavily shaded but I rotate the grow bag daily to expose the under canopy growth. Popcorn/ mini branches keep/remove?Buds are tiny not fattening at week 6. I also have lots of popcorn nugs. Being first growth not sure to remove them or keep them at this late in flowering (week 6), might stress the girls out or might even help fattening buds?
