DO NOT TOUCH THOSE PLANTS They're in Pre flower. Big no no. After the upwards stretch you can then tackle some fans. Not before. Team tucking and so on will help with bottom foliage. Also, you don't need to take any leafs as there is no bud sites for light to hit. That's stigmata and needs energy taken in through leafs and disturbing that now, you'll end up with larfy, lone stigmata spots. Good luck

Before defoliation you could try giving them some training to open them up a bit. Of you gently pull down the branches it will allow for more airflow and better light penetration, and it will also spread out your fan leaves. Youqy find after a bit of training that she has just the right amount of leaves on her now

im still rookie as well i think.. but i pull all the fan leaves at the bottom, any fan leave turned in the canopy (cuz its will never get sunlight) and any.small leaves that cover bud sites... if its big fan leaf i tuck it under the bud site.... for me its all about forcing the plants energy upwards.
