7 days ago (In week 5 I did the defoliation and turned on 12/12). Now it has become very leafy. All the strains have been tolerating the topping and LST just fine, haven't even noticed it. Question is can I do another heavy defoliation now?

Your last major defoliation should be around 2 to 3 weeks into stretching. After that she should not produce any more leaves. So don't over due it.

Only defoliate where leaves give problems. For example when a leaf is blocking the light for a huge part of the plant (or another plant). And when the leaves are stacked on each other blocking airflow. But when a leaf doesn't give a problem like mentioned above there is no reason to do another defoliation. And never defoliate after when you notice the first pistils (white hairs). Enjoy your grow buddy, plants are looking great!

Everyday defoliation. Is this correct?i'm making a scrog with 4 royal gorilla q they were topped twice. Usually I take 3 to 4 fan leaves from each plant a day, cut with scissors to prevent them from shading budsites. I do this every day. flowering fem lollipopping?First week flowering, should cut away the less exposed sprouts? Branch in pic 1 is almost totally hidden and you can see it being much smaller. Also not sure about cutting the two tiny sprouts in pic 2, there are many similar to those in other branches.
