shielded lower leaves pressed up against the wall. if any of these have condensation on them, they will grow shit over time. disease vector for sure. Or, shift plant a bit and avoid pruning. You don't want those resting on a surface. as they transpire, It'll get wet consistently enough to be a risk.
The plant will shed leaves it does not need. Avoid high-risk contexts but oherwise don't remove leaves. Extreme congestion that leads to very high local (around any 1 leaf) humidity or persistent condensation is a reason to consider pruning leaves off. Do look for other options to accomplish the same goal.
