It isn’t recommended to defoliate Autoflowering genetics at this stage of growth.

She's pretty bushy so yes I would certainly defoliate this plant. remove small and big leaves that prevent light from reaching the lower nodes. You can also remove tiny buds that have no hope. By eliminating them, you’re making the plant focus more on buds that can actually grow into big monsters.

shielded lower leaves pressed up against the wall. if any of these have condensation on them, they will grow shit over time. disease vector for sure. Or, shift plant a bit and avoid pruning. You don't want those resting on a surface. as they transpire, It'll get wet consistently enough to be a risk. The plant will shed leaves it does not need. Avoid high-risk contexts but oherwise don't remove leaves. Extreme congestion that leads to very high local (around any 1 leaf) humidity or persistent condensation is a reason to consider pruning leaves off. Do look for other options to accomplish the same goal.

Yup. All the big leaves. And you should raise the height of your plant because at the back of your little space with your 150W fixture, it doesn't get as light as the others.
