what would be the easiest,best,correct way to test my soil for the PPM,E.C., P.H. and any others readings that i need to keep records of during the grow. do i water until runoff or is there another method

Cheap Ph Strips and an EC/PPM reader or something Mr_Weeds is recommending.
Yeah dont water that often but when you do try till you get a bit of runoff so you clear out the soil of excess minerals also.
There is also these Soil testers wich dont work that well.
Test the runoff.

thank you both Mooncat and Mr_Weeds_Autos i do gave a P.H.meter and ppm/ec/tds meter by Vivosun not sure how accurate but its what i have now. and i will water till runoff and measure. the method was what i was unsure of doing.

The easiest way would be to use a 3 in 1 meter that checks ppm, EC, and pH. There are a variety of them depending on your budget.
