Maybe a little too much too soon. She should recover, give her time though. I prefer to defoliate when switching light schedule to flower

Looks good to me. Will make for a better shaped plant once flowering. I wouldnt recommend this with auto flowers. But Fems it's all good as you have the time in Veg for them to recover and to continue to build root mass. So keep in mind high stress training will slow root growth .So you need added time for recovery.

I might have let it get a little bigger first, but it's skirted well. Your plant will let you know if you did too much if it drastically slows down. Some strains handle it better than others. I typically don't get too aggressive with my defols until the flip/stretch.

Have I removed too much is a question asked to late. You can not glue the leaves back. Next time ask the question what leaves that you need to cut before you grab your scissors! Your mainline looks good and the plant will recover and be okay! Happy Christmas buddy! 💚

Yeah, leave the central leaves, even if you prune off a growth tip ("axillary bud"). No reason to remove those.. The ones pointing down and touching medium is okay to remove in that context, though. Don't get caught up in terminology and OCD behaviours. even if "mainlining" or whatever, don't remove the leaves where you don't need to just because the herd says so. the herd is mostly uneducated in finer points of biology and extrapolating from a limited kowledge base. Leaves power growth. Reducing the size of your canopy absolutely slows things down. no ifs ands or magic to mitigate that effect. Absorbed light = growth. Leaves also are responsible for transpiration, which is how the plant gets all of its carbon, which again, is necessary for growth to occur and most likely a garden's limiting factor for growth. This is not a catastrophe. That plant will fill in within a week or so with new leaves. Even if removing a branch you don't want to use, try to let the leaves remain there until it is absoutely necessary to remove -- overlap causing condensation, maybe air circulation is a concern etc.. a cause and effect understanding before you do remove a leaf. be selective and it's fine. Don't reduce canopy size. Carbon and light intake will suffer, incontrovertibly so. you'll shave some vege time off while getting to same intended size, if you do.

In my view mainlining , especially for first grow - stupid. You grow and you cut, only for instagram slaves ;) You should have just grown the girl, have reference points and in other attempts try to improve or update. Mainlining requires long veg, most new commers bump into some feeding issue with it. Hopefully you wont. All the Best !

No man that looks a good mainline. You are in veg so you have time. A mainline take a lot of chopping shit off. Just do all the chopping and shaping in veg. Then flip and do another last defoliation no later than day 21. I have a mainline diary or two if you want a look. You are doing great don't worry
