Hi, I started some auto flowers about a week and a half 2 weeks ago and I have had them on an 18/6 light cycle inside a tent and I am running a 250watt hps bulb, I woke up this morning and checked the plants and they seemed to have like fallen. the stems have bent at the bottom?

Hey friend, If you get a chance to get a couple photos that will definitely help us all be able to help you more. But going off the diary stats...I'm assuming its the widow/heavyweight seed diary? I see you have some fairly powerful lights and at 14 inches to a young seedling is pretty intense. So I'd definitely say it may be good to raise the light to at least 18 inches.. As for weak stems...it could be nitrogen toxicity but without photos i can't say for sure. I do know that giving plants a silica supplement is great for building strong resilient plants...and strong stems. I use dyna grow protekt...but there're many out there, even just diamataceous earth is good and easily available at any garden/hardware type store. I'm sure with a couple tweaks of the environment you should be able to fix the problem. Happy growing. I'll look back for some photos if you get the chance. ✌️
