It will help your tricome production out alot and since u will cut back on your lights make sure to give a extra week are two in flushing since your plant will stop feeding as much with less light so it will take longer to process the nutes you are feeding her✌️✌️👍👍🍻🍻

Autos can do just fine under a 12/12 I've even heard that the absence of those extra light hours can help mature a plant a little faster. You could always lower the hours slowly, like simulating the fall solstice.
