Can I defoliation fan leaves when it's in weeks 5 of flowering?If a lil bit will stress my plant or not? thx XD🙏

1st thing : you can remove the scrog net as it is totally useless in you case , it's not the good way to scrog. That said , from what I can see defoliation is not needed as every buds sites can receive light , it's not recommended to stress a plant in mid/late flowering. If the goal is a better light repartition and makes you only remove 1 or 2 leaves then it is ok

Hi @420MeisterZ Yes, you can defoliate only the leaves that are covering and shading the buds. The best way to not stress the plants is to defoliate slowly, take a few leaves and wait 3-4 days to see how it reacts and take a few more until you think it is the desired result. good luck mate 👍

If you "need" to defol. because those leaves are blocking lower buds, try and tuck, or cut just a finger or trim them down a bit. The decision is easier, if they start to discolor due to age. I have in the past, cut one leaf per bud, but always leave one.
