Hey there, I love seeing people do outdoor on here! I had a similar situation happen...i live in the driest place imaginable, but somehow shortly after going outside my plants experienced like 2 weeks of on off rain! It was a nightmare! But they survived and I'm sure in the long run it made them stronger and more resilient. If you can manage it, try to cover them the best you can during the rain, either from the garden store or some makeshift tent cover thing. I've heard that autos are very resilient as they originate from the ruderalis strain, they will survive, just protect them the best you can. 😊💚🌱☀️🌧️
