Not all UV is equal, 222nm, Dont just accept any UVC make sure to find out as only 207-222nm has the frequency possibly to do what your asking. 222nm UVC is like pH 6.5, the " sweet spot" for germicidal/bacterial action. It has garnered a lot of interest in recent years because its very specific frequency is able to destroy bacteria and germs but leave anything bigger/smaller unaffected.
When combined, UV light and hydrogen peroxide break down organic chemicals in water. A UV/H2O system uses UV light and hydrogen peroxide to disinfect microorganisms and destroy organic compounds, leaving mammalian skin undamaged. Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) consists of a relatively weak O−O bond, which is susceptible for light or heat. In the presence of light (the UV light catalyzes the reaction), H2O2 will spontaneously decompose into water and oxygen. 222nm on its own might do the trick but I'm not 100%
