SF-1000 safe distance and dimmer for seedlings in soil?my seedlings are stretching and not growing in size. soil, autos, dropped in water 7 days ago and moved to soil in solo cups.
What are people running the SF-1000 at for seedlings?
I was at 30" and 20% but that's not good clearly.

LUX meter grow questionCan someone check out the LUX meter video and tell me how I should be positioning my lights? I think maybe I have too much light on them.
My meter says 600 (x100) that puts me at like 60000 lumen. The converter I used put that to 1541.36 umol/s/m2 which is a lot of light alreadyWeek 7

Started the plants off with 60 watts. Increased to 100 watts today with a 20/5 schedule. Could I increase to the full 150 watts already or should I give them a few days with 100? Thanks in advance for any advice. It’s my first indoor grow with this setup and I’m still learning :)

Lamp distance from seedlings? PPFD uploaded in this weeks photos.How far away I should have my lamp from my week old seedlings? I think it has something to do with the PPFD for my lamp (TS600), but I have no idea what it means. The lamp is set right at the very top of my tent now and is 32 inches (81cm) away. 23 hours light per day?I’m running 4 autos in a 4x4 tent on 20 hours of light per day. I’m thinking about the possibility of changing the light hours to 23 hours a day and 1 dark hour. Does anyone use regular Led lights?I have my 2 tangies growing one in soil and one hydro. I decided to try LED, lights 14.5 watts (2), a large plant grow light 8 actual watts (1), and a true day 9 actual watt. Has anyone else had success with these lights?

Lamp to plant distance: is 40cm enough during flowering phase?Started with 70cm (afraid to "burn" the leaves), but moved it down to 40cm after checking other grow diaries for auto seeds.
Should we keep the lamp ~25-40cm away from the plant from now on?
