Hi, yes, you can top a second time, but whether it makes much sense... You top to help the side branches develop better and promote even growth, which means if you've already done it once, it would be time to top the next two main stems now. But then you basically get 4 new main stems. This is often used when you employ a SCROG net. There should be some time between topping and topping again so the plant can recover. And after multiple toppings, you should also tie the branches down a bit with LST to open them up. But I think you've already done enough with the one topping. Let them grow now and then into flowering.
