Best light for veg?

hi, fluo was good for germination and cloning but little small for vegetatif stage what is ur budget ?

Does she need more light ?Does my plant need more light she is under a 300 watt light I do have a spare do I need to put it to use ? She seems to be growing a Lititle slow for 2nd or 3rd week I am using advanced nutrients grow, micro, bloom any help would be great this is my 1st grow thanks

Distance from bulb or from reflector?I found content about the distance from grow lights to the plants. I Know that using a 250w MH bulb the distance should be in a range from 20cm to 30cm. But i dont know If I should measure the distance from the glass of the reflector or from the bulb itself to the plants. Help!Week 3

Almost doneThis is our first grow and we are in week 6 of bloom. Does anyone have an idea for the brother in the picture. He grew above the lights. We not sure how to handle it. Two leaves are to close to the light and turned yellow. Should we cut them away or leave them on it

How can I reduce the heat in my 5x5 tent (650w light bar/6" ac Infinity and a ton of fans) without AC? Do I have to leave tent open?5x5 tent is in a kind of lung room (utility room) that stays around 20C/68F. The tent always seems to be at 30C86F with lights on. Ive added and moved fans, opened more intake vents. I have AC, but its -25C/-13F outside. Id like to drop the daytime temp 5ish degrees for flower.

Hans panel 180 use veg mode or notI've got a hans panel, it's got veg setting and flower.
i had it all day on veg mode, seedling was stretching so i placed maybe 30cm from the lamp, but now leaves turned bit yellow.
Would it be better to put it on flower mode and place the seedling further away?Setup. Lighting
