leave it in the rockwool and put the whole thing right in the soil easy as pie

I stick my plugs straight into a hole in the soil and cover up like normal. Never had a problem. I've used rockwool, root riots, & jiffy pellets. Now I just fill seed trays with coco coir and press it in. Way cheaper.

SeedlingsThis is my first grow and waiting for them to sprout out, I first soaked them in water over night on a seedling heat mat then put them into soil in these pots and into the plastic propagator in a dark room, should i take them out put them under lights now or wait til they sprout?

When to stop misting seedling? What to look out for before watering normally?When can seedling root system handle normal watering, NOT misting to absorb moisture through leaves? Slow indoor seedling growth4 days since sprout, issues with light timer, seedlings ended up getting 48 hrs of light after they sprouted, and this AM I found that the timer did not turn the light back on so it got 11 hours of dark last night instead of 6. Could this be detrimental to seedling?

Seedling looking sick/weak/sad, please help.What could be the reason why the White Widow seedling´s cotyledon leaf and the only 2 mini true leaves shrunk and look a little bit less alive? Background: 4 days after sprouting I removed the wet plastic film , day was hot (86-91F). Light 30 in from the canopy. Stems looks ok

Do you have a solution to stop the growth of stems?Apparently this would be due to a lack of light and stress because of the too high temperature.
I exposed them in a brighter place and I controlled the temperature to a maximum of 25/26°C.
It doesn't seem to stop...
How can I repair the damage? Is it too late?
