leave it in the rockwool and put the whole thing right in the soil easy as pie

I stick my plugs straight into a hole in the soil and cover up like normal. Never had a problem. I've used rockwool, root riots, & jiffy pellets. Now I just fill seed trays with coco coir and press it in. Way cheaper.

Seedling with yellowish tipsHey this is my first grow and I would appreciate some advice. My seedling is starting to have a light color/yellowish edges. It is under a Spiderfarmer 1000 quantum board (100ish wats) and about 20'' from the plant. The temp is around 80 and humidity 40-50. Is this normal?

First true leave not visible , not growing , why ?California Snow Auto popped out very well but looks like it does not have first true leaves and looks like they are not growing. Weird SeedlingShe is 4 days old seedling with tissue paper towel and to organic soil (biobizz all 80% and biobizz lightt 20%). Only little plain tap water to the soil and water spray twice a day. Under light with temp(23-30) and humididty (50-80).
