leave it in the rockwool and put the whole thing right in the soil easy as pie

I stick my plugs straight into a hole in the soil and cover up like normal. Never had a problem. I've used rockwool, root riots, & jiffy pellets. Now I just fill seed trays with coco coir and press it in. Way cheaper.

Stunted??? What to do?Does anyone think these guys are stunted? I am a beginner grower. They are day 14 from seed, under a Viparspectra 450 on veg mode 18hrs a day. Germination soil and perlite only. Should I bump up the lighting or re-pot them to a bigger pot with soil mix? Any ideas are welcomed.
