First time LST- how's my technique?

its ok. I would have bent down the main stem a bit vs all the side branches but its looking ok. Don't want leaves touching the medium as that can encourage bad things. so once its bigger pluck them leaves on the bottom of the plant.

hey 👋 with auto, you obviously won’t have time to fill your net, but that’s not the goal. You absolutely need to break apical dominance, the fact that the main cola draws a large part of the plant’s energy. To do this, you need to raise your net by one level so you can gently bend the main stem, working it a bit with two fingers, so that it ends up horizontal under the net. After that, you keep guiding it so it stays under the net, and when secondary branches reach the net, you train them the same way. Once the plant has been in flower for a week, you should stop training so it can stretch 👌

It's totally up to you how you lst, if hight is an issue then keep tucking under the net but I personally would raise the net, top your plant and wait for the stems to reach up and maybe top those before weaving through the net.. Good luck ✌️💚.
