My Blue cheese F1 is acting weird she is so compact and 33cm tall I did not top her, but no a side stim is going for a stretch. Also her leaves worries me a lot of 3 fingerd leaves. She's a bit bouji Is she okay or should I help her somehow?

Looks like she possibly had some heat stress in her recent past, slight denaturing of leaves, possible nitrogen claw creeping in, possibly too high a ratio of nitrogen, common with organic nitrogen delivery. A quick way to alleviate nitrogen toxicity is to add some carbon sugars to the medium. Just make sure you are adding it to an oxygen-rich environment, or it could cause more damage than good. While adding carbon works, the standard, most reliable, and fastest way to fix nitrogen toxicity is to flush the growing medium with pH-balanced water to wash out the excess nutrients. Despite affecting the rhizosphere, it remains the standard because nitrogen toxicity can quickly kill a plant, whereas a damaged rhizosphere can sometimes be rebuilt with beneficial supplements after the crisis passes. Excessive nitrogen (N) in a plant's nutrient ratio acts as more than just a fertilizer; it serves as a signaling molecule that profoundly disrupts normal development, shifting energy from reproduction to lush vegetative growth. This oversupply leads to delayed flowering, altered genetic expression, and distorted floral growth. Gluck Wolf.

might be a bit overfed, but as far as the stature, that's just a runtish plant. Might not be a dwarf, but still a runt. genetic depression? random trait? flip a coin.

Some phenos — especially compact or indica-leaning ones like Blue Cheese — stay short and tight while a side branch suddenly takes off. That’s not a bad sign, it’s just how the plant is choosing to grow. The 3-finger leaves can look worrying, but they usually show up from: minor stress earlier on the plant being very compact / mature or just genetics If the color is good and new growth looks healthy, I wouldn’t try to “fix” anything. You can: gently LST that stretching side branch to even the canopy leave her alone otherwise and let her do her thing No need to top or intervene hard at this point. Sometimes the “bouji” ones end up being the nicest smoke 😉
