I may have harvested half the plant too early, what should I do?

I decided to harvest cause top 1/2 of plant had cloudy trichs & orange pistils; I started from the bottom and realized 1/2 what I harvested has mostly white pistils and slightly clear trichs. After 1 week of flush and 48hrs of dark .What should I do?Do I pop her back in the tent?

Should I wait to flip?Since I just transplanted and amended my soil using gaia green amendments and geared them towards veg. I currently have 2 plants growing. 1 of them has clearly bloomed faster and I will have to harvest it earlier.

I have two drying options for my one plant. Wine fridge with perfect temp or closet with perfect humidity. Which is best?Should I dry my one plant in a wine fridge with a compressor that causes the humidity to fluctuate between 50-70% but can be set to a perfect 60f, or should I dry in a closet with perfect 60% humidity but temp at a steady 74f with no way to lower it?
