I may have harvested half the plant too early, what should I do?

I decided to harvest cause top 1/2 of plant had cloudy trichs & orange pistils; I started from the bottom and realized 1/2 what I harvested has mostly white pistils and slightly clear trichs. After 1 week of flush and 48hrs of dark .What should I do?Do I pop her back in the tent?

Drying stateI’m not sure if the buds of the plants that where indoors are good or they not drying well.
I have the grow room temperature varying from 18 to 21 degrees
But I’m not sure if the buds are moldy or even how moldy weed looks like.
