Defoliate in flower

When do you guys defoliate in flower? End of week two, three, little of each? I been taking a few leaves off here and there since they were babys. Might just keep doing that instead of a big defoliate. Thoughts?

Each and every strain is different and even the individual plants phenos have to be handled a bit differently.
If it's a "leafy" strain then I get more aggressive than a strain that has fewer.
Point is to bring tips and colas into the light, the more of them the better.
Generally a defol in veg to bring out the growth tips and again in early flowering you looking to get light into the plant hitting colas that would have been shadowed.
Easy does it this is more art than science.

Yea that’s normally the safest way to do it is a little at a time! We tend to over defoliate! But if you wanna pic it apart then normally you would do the bulk of your defoliation after 2nd to 3 rd week of flower!

Possible Over Watering. Can I get an experts look?My plants leaves are looking droopy and condensed. I am worried that I may be watering them too much. I water them with a gallon of water every 3 days with 3 teaspoons of "Grow Big" added and mixed into the water pot. Do they look normal for a 4 week old plant?

LST trim??Things are getting a bit cramped with my LST. Some fan leaves are buried under others or are on the ground. Should I trim some lower fan leaves to give it room to breathe? Or should I let it rock as long as they are not blocking any light?

Curly young leaves (help)I have a little problem with the plants in my indoor (70x79x160 with 4 airpots each of 12 litres) since 2 days ago are decayed, 3 days ago (Friday) I changed the lamp mars hydro ts600 (100w) for a more powerful mars hydro Fc300 (300w) I do not know if it is the change of format, the power of the knob I left it at half that is in theory 150 watts of its total capacity 300w and at a height of about 40 CM. The next day (Saturday) I saw that they were the same so I proceeded to leave it at 40 degrees of power and I gave them biofish fertilizer to see if it was a question of hydration but today Sunday I realize that they are still the same.
I don’t know if it’s the light intensity with the new lamp or that I over watered them 3 days ago on Thursday (I watered them with around 550ml of water per pot) and as I said before, when I saw them like that on Saturday I gave them biofish fertilizer, but nothing…
