Recommended PPFD Levels for Each Growth Stage

I have three growing stages:
1. Seedling
2. Vegetative
3. Flowering
What is the recommended PPFD (µmol/m²/s) for each stage? I would like to know the ideal light intensity for each phase to ensure healthy plant growth and avoid light stress.

Cord for Vivosun Controller to automate an electric heaterI have a Vivosun CFM In-line duct with the Temp/Humidity controller. Pre run test showing high temp and low humidity,Hello,I have pre run to test the temps and humidity on my first one ,i run a 600w hps in a 1x1x2 tent with 5 inch rvksileo extract my temps at at 35c and my humidity below 30 despite setting for 55% would a test without a plant be false ? Should i drop to 400 ?

placement of sensor for humidity/temperatureWhere should I place the sensor for humidity/temperature? I see huge differences depending on the spot, I have placed the sensor now slightly below the top leaves - above the lamp directly hits and it has 4 degrees (celsius) more!

False reading or Hi PH?Is 20% humus lombrico mixed in my substrate giving a false ‘hi’ ph reading? Or is it truly over the max reading? I got one reading of 7 only at the exact second I took the picture, so I made a video. My water is high in calcium, I recently switched to distilled.
