Personally I’d leave your lights as they are. Your pics look great so far. But obviously if you want a more stretched out plant raising the lights should help accomplish that. But most prefer to keep shorter spacing between the nodes. Happy growing! 👍

So there is so much infos about the better light distance out there that I can't give you a precise one ! For exemple some are claiming that 30" is the good distance to start a seeds ! I can see others saying that you should't keep light higher in the fisrt 2 weeks then closer during veg then once again higher during the stretch. So I'll tell that it depend on the plant shape you wanna get : bushy or tall , or tall & bushy , or small & bushy ! You have to experiment with your own light as an other light could have a different effect on the plant. Hope my answer is (a bit) clear & will help you👍

Keeping the plants squat will help in keeping a flat canopy. There's no reason for wanting to stretch the plant.

You don't want stretch, you want short internode spaces and a plant full of buds, instead of a stretchy tall plant with big stems and small buds... 24" seems already a pretty big distance, so I won't recommend to increase this distance for the moment, unless you see light-stress signs or heat troubles. Your plants look fine for 14 days, you're doing great! Keep us up-to-date, and happy growing 👊
