Hi @Shmoogs! At the first sight your plant looks ready, but honestly no one can tell better than you, because you're the only one who can take a close look with a magnifier/microscope. The trichomes onto the buds should have changed from thin & clear / transparent to fat & milky / cloudy / opaque. Once you'll get only milky trichomes, the harvest window is open! For an energetic high, harvest before the first amber trichomes appear. For a couch-locking high, you'd rather harvest once 20-30% of the trichomes have turned amber/red, you'll get more CBN/CBD but less THC. Hi there ! The best way to know is to check your trichomes with a mignifier ! But 12 weeks is an average Auto Run ! Hope it will help you for the best 👍

It looks great, I would harvest or if you prefer, flush for a few days before doing it. That will help giving you a smooth smoke.

Defoliate or LST?Defoliate or LST? Both Grapefruit and Bruce Banner are ready for some love but due to the short bushy nature of this grow, if we LST and start bending the plants their leaves will end up touching the soil. Would it be better to remove a couple of fan leaves to let light in?

I removed about 8 branches on my 4 plants ( all the ones the didnt reach near 50% of height)
I also removed som sugar leaves and fan leaves in the bottom, and two in the top to expose some underdevoloped buds.

Have I LST'd right?I have tried LSTing and tied down the stem to the pot. I also have a scrog net to help with pushing some of the leaves down and I have tucked them. Does this look right?
I feel like I need to also remove some leaves to help but don't want to damage it as its an auto. thanks

I have already removed some of the lower leafs that turned yellow.
I plan on putting them into flower within 2 weeks, they already take up 1/4 (almost 1/3) of the grow height including pot.
