Plant has been topped already twice. There was an accidental mistake on trying to lst one cola and it almost came off. Now she seems she is recovering well. I sprayed algae solution with diamond nectar and a nutrient solution from advanced nutrient to solve a previous lack of nitrogen. The light is a migro aray 3 270 w. Set to a distance to get a 800 PPF from the center of the canopy. This is a DLI of 51. I've been using co2 for a month but can is already expired. For now she gonna use my breath (co2 of a room is easy higher than the ambient level) as co2 generator. The light cycle goes from 5 pm to 11 am. Temperature goal during vegetative growth is 29 degrees which is the perfect temperature without high level of co2. All of my growing setups have been planned through extensive research on publications found on internet. The growing equipment has been chosen accordingly. The soil where she been put into is made by 50% peat 40% vermiculite (2-5mm thick) and 10% perlite. It has been amended with dolomite lime and gypsum (look for bugbee soil recipe for the exact quantity) Water pH is 6.8 and the run off is about 6.3. For the fertilizers at the moment I'm following what the company says. During flowering I'm going to change the advised quantity to obtain those ppm of macro nutrients. 120 ppm of N (80% nitrate and 20% ammonium), 20 ppm of P (3 weeks prior to harvest is going to be increased to 50ppm), 100 ppm of K. That should correspond to 1.5 ml/l of floramicro, 0.5 ml of floragro and 1 ml of florabloom. I'm using terraquatica, European branch of GHE and some plagron nutrients For the next week i wait till she grow up a little bit more and then I practice some LST to bring up some of the middle sprout. The goal is to have 16 colas Cheers

Drop the temperature down 10Β° and increase your humidity a few percent. Then, start trying to keep your pH moving. Have it float up and down from 6.2-6.8 and then back down each week. It will help your plant uptake all the nutrients it will need. I hope this helps.

Hi friend. She looks great. I suggest raising the humidity to 60 if you cannot keep the temps below 80. This is causing the plants habits to change. Raisin fluid intake. If you cannot adjust, immediately lower your ppm. Go less micro and bloom. It's eating more due to the conditions and it's stage of life.

@deepsheeba, good deal good luck. The higher humidity will go with that higher temp. That should get her eating properly till finish. If you can drop the temps drop the humidity with it.

Wow, that was a beautiful plant. I had just ordered these seeds. I saw about 60% changed color like yours did. I am hoping for the same. You did an excellent job with the scrog. Just curios why you don't trim her up under the scrog. Either way. This was a great grow πŸ‘πŸ‘

@deepsheeba, I do all of mine so all the energy for growing is directed to the buds up top my self. Once I flip. I do every thing under them. They are not getting light. So I don't need any of that. I also trim most of the fan leaves at week 3 or around there. They have served there purpose since they are mainly for the plant to grow. The smaller leaves and sugar leaves are there for the buds. Over all. I think we find what works best for us each and run with that. You will find the fan leaves you take in veg are soon replaced. I have done a lot of plants with a heavy trim vs light. The heavy will win every time over here. Watching for when to do it also makes a difference. I think one of my Monster Bruce banner autos is on here where I stripped it hard and it turned out really good. I stripped about 2' under my JH auto on here and ended up with over a lb. I am not saying you are wrong or I am right. I think it is a lot of trial and error to find what works for us individually. I try not to over focus on things. I run on auto pilot most of the time now lol

@justright, I don't trim because it extend the flowering (stress) period and plus you take away the chance for the plant to absorb readily available nutrients. Youll be able to have control over deficiencies too. It's easier to identify any deficiency. About the air flow in the canopy, " it's better to add more fan than trim leaves" cit Dr Bugbee

Nice looking canopy! What is the trick to a nice even dense canopy like that? extended veg time?more careful planned? right strain too. My Galaxy run last go just seems to be a bit too bushy to get nice big even colas
deepsheeba
deepsheeba
@Kosyjuana1, hey! Yes longer veg time are necessary fro scrog. Then is all about calculatin how many colas per square feet you want, 8 colas / sq ft are optimal. So topping many times is the way. Cut any secondary cola and stop making cut when you flip to 12 hours. Let it stretch a bit when pistils show by diminishing the amount of light for 5 days.
