Welcome to my Pulp Fiction Diary sponsored by Green House Seeds. Lights provided by Mars-Hydro
Weeks 12-13 (Fattening Phase)
Flower Days 5- 20 Flowering 40ish Days 78-91
Plant is growing really nicely. Built some nice buds after pre flower. Not as big as expected. But as you see by the HST, her roots/stems and overall plants health was poor. (Which it was) its fully flourishing now. Pity about this lady is only running in a fully controlled co2 environment in such a late phase. She would of been huge. I'm happy with her results though. She's an odd duck. But. I learnt a lot she's eating like a mad woman. Withim 12hrs she nearly ate most of her green leaves. I'd say she has 2 more weeks. Thankfully by then. Most will be going into my 70cm2 under my SF-1000 for ripening. And, then my seedlings under the SE5000.
Co2: ambient conditions only the last 3 days for co2 advantages.
Only the last few days did I get caught out with her wanting for anything during the Flowering phase. As the co2, I knew, she'd eat more. But, f..k. not 2L a day. There's an issue going on. The co2 levels just aren't dropping the way they were. So, I've to figure out what I gave. But from 200ppm eating ever 20m or so, to 3hrs they eat. Something has gone wrong. I'll figure it out. In no way, can I count this as a co2 grow. Its just in the tent with the girls that are.
Lights
P1000 for seedling 10%, SP 3000 for 90% of veg and 60% off Flowering, then FC 3000 20%, and for ripening going to my 1st light SF-1000 20%. As its the best spectrum for flowering. "by far". And I'm using it now for vegging my 3 new seedlings.
TEMPS
Seedling /Veg19-25c for early veg through veg. Ambient co2
Pre Flower/ Fattening phase 26 & only in last few days temp has been pushed to 29 late Fattening.
Ripening Plan
25-26c 45-50 RH. 9 of my girls will fall into the same harvest wk. Temperature is 19-21.5c drying atm. Which isn't great. And will be even worse in 2 weeks when this 1 is ready. I'll explain more on how to help your plants dry within a reasonable period that won't take too much potency from your bud. But, there will be loss.
Thanks the rep from from Green House Seeds for allowing me to test strains. And to mars-hydro for their lights also. Has been a good relationship. Maybe someday it will be again. Much appreciated to all who viewed, liked &/R commented, look forward to seen your diaries. Either way thanks for dropping by.
Ouch, they look a little rough, but strong for sure. I bet the make a great comeback. I got a growmie friend who just did this strain and was thrilled, you got this! π
@NorthEquinoix, ah stop mate. I gave a dose of bioenhancer. And forgot to ph - it and thru them all off. Not a bad bounce back. Lessons learnt. Just thought I'd get away without having to PH - it but, the coco/ light mix soil made for more of a coco mix. And the bioenhancer feed hits 9ish ph but, doesn't need to be ph'ed with soil. Just lazy. Thought I'd get away with it.
I love the shape on this lassie, a good amount of wee clusters of buds on every branch. The buds are going to have a really nice colour to them when done.
@Aldo90, She was an odd duck. But some fabulous bud. Had a slight gasey touch i recall (associated with strong bud), I find a lot of GHS strains have this, also they do be some of the more stronger fems I manage to grow thc wise (but having less rated THC on papper)
