Welcome to Growdiaries Grow 17/18.
I have been sorting out another space over the last few weeks so I can start another grow while I'm waiting for grow 16 to finish.
I have butchered my secret jardin ds60 so it can fit it into my grow room.
My next 2 grows are going to be combined into one grow for the most part until the main tent is free then I'll be splitting the plants into 2 tents.
Growdiaries Grow 18 was meant to start after a summer break but I think I can squeeze it in before the growrooms environment becomes hard work to control. This is going to consist of 3 Zamnesia photoperiod strains. Im most likely going to train these as i may have to veg them a little longer then i would like until the other tent is available. A big thanks to Patricia from @Zamnesia.

Germination.
Wednesday 15/3/23
The 2nd tent is about ready so today's the day to start germination on the Fastbuds testers. Also the Zamnesia seeds arrived today which is why I'm starting that grow early.

Placed all in paper towel between 2 plates.

All seeds had cracked so placed in soil, soil maybe a bit too damp.
Conditions aren't perfect in the tent.

Because 5/6 are above ground I'm classing this as day 0 and germination is complete.
As I'm running quite a few diaries at the moment updates may not be as regular as I'd like but I do document everything so all my notes are relevant to the time period.

@GMSgrows, yours are doing great. When I 1st topped the grow I rooted out the tops and gave them away to someone and they have been in there back garden for ages and doing really well. I missed the boat by not doing an outdoor grow this year.
with you on the rising temps . hoping to get mine done and dried without the help of scorching heat and hot air flowing over the drying plants. race against time now. good luck and looking good.
@Hashy,that dry , nasty , resin/thc killing heat is the worse ending. been there a few times to watch them shrivel to odourless popcorn lookalikes...fingers crossed properly now. so close to finish
@Ganjagrandaddy, just had a slight reprieve from the heat but its coming back now. By the time my harvest comes around its going be the quickest drying time ever. Next summer I'm going be strong and have a break.
@Hashy,that is a sad loss to mould. i use milk/water mix in sprayer if the buds are very dense , it kills mould on contact and stops it forming. worth a look into.
@Ganjagrandaddy, near harvest now and found some bud rot on this one. Would be biggest density cola. Chopped way more of the cola off then I needed to but I didn't want it to spread.
@Patricia_Zamnesia, considering how quickly the conditions bounced from decent to hot they all seem to have done a lot better then I thought they would.
@XII_XII_MrGreen, got about an oz left from last grow so it's been fair easy not to dip into it. But yeah if I didn't have any left that would be a different story.
@XII_XII_MrGreen, harvest is done mate and the cure is in progress. So far i have been able to resist the temptation to try some, maybe I'll have a sample soon as its been 2 weeks curing.
