This grow is my first non_THC cannabis grow. As a post cancer patient, now Cancer-free, I want to find every natural means to prevent reoccurrence. As CBG is called the Mother of all Cannabinoids, I named this diary the Goddesses and is to honor my Grandmother and my Mother and as tribute to all women My goddesses represent Mother and Healing. My plan is to incorporate CBG into my edibles, health & beauty aids like deodorant, toothpaste, bath salts or bombs and cleaning products. Follow the pictures, I modified the direct to soil method by having a seed start cylinder surrounded by the final grow medium. After 20 hours in water with splash hydrogen peroxide and coconut water, I put the seeds in a peat pot as described above. I removed to cylinder after filling the sides of the pot. CBG1 Mother popped soil 4/23 and CBG2 Healing popped soil 4/25 two days later than the others. I have their names in mind. Who wants to offer any suggestions? The following article is from The Cannigma which is a cannabis research institute out of Israel. Lots of information there on research. CBG ‘very helpful’ when treating medical conditions, first survey of its kind finds. by Ben Hartman CBG is often referred to as “the mother of all cannabinoids,” because it is produced first by the plant and then converted into other cannabinoids (The Cannigma) The majority of people who use the cannabinoid cannabigerol (CBG) for medical reasons find it to be helpful or very helpful in treating a variety of health conditions, according to the findings of a recent survey. Published in Cannabis and Cannabinoid Research in late September, the survey found that the majority of respondents reported that their health conditions were “very much improved” or “much improved” by the use of CBG.1 When asked what concentration of CBG appears to be most effective, Dr. Ethan Russo, one of the authors of the study, told The Cannigma “I would not put it in terms of concentration. Rather, doses of CBG of 5 mg or above orally seem to exert noticeable effects.” Regarding what patients need to know before beginning treatment with CBG, Dr. Michelle Sexton, another author of the study told The Cannigma, “the most important thing a patient needs to know is that we have no data on what an efficacious dose of CBG is, or what it might be effective for. We have no safety data on any doses of CBG either. It has mainly been tried in mice, not humans.” Sexton added that the high efficacy levels shown in the respondents’ answers “could easily be attributed to THC since most of the responders to the survey were using ‘cannabis’ and not isolated CBG. These efficacy levels have been reported in other surveys about cannabis. People using cannabis may be biased about its effectiveness, as these same efficacy levels are not necessarily reflected in patient populations.” The survey also found that an overwhelming majority of respondents believe that CBG-predominant cannabis has greater efficacy than conventional medicines, including 73.9% of the respondents who use it to treat chronic pain, 80% of those reported using it for depression, 73% of respondents with insomnia, and 78.3% who have used it to treat anxiety. Forty-percent of the respondents reported no adverse effect, and 84.3% reported no withdrawal symptoms. The most common health conditions among the sample group were anxiety (51.2%), chronic pain (40.9%), depression (33.1%), and insomnia/distrubed sleep (30.7%). There are some marked limitations with the survey, however. For one, it involved a very small sample size. Only 127 eligible participants (US residents over the age of 21 who reported using CBG-predominant cannabis in the past 6 months) took part in the study, which was carried out by way of an online survey. No clinical trial was used in the compilation of the study. The researchers themselves wrote that the study is the first “to document self-reported efficacy of CBG-predominant products,” and provides further indication that “CBG-predominant cannabis-based medicines should be studied in randomized controlled trials.” Why is CBG ‘the mother of all cannabinoids?’ CBG is, like CBD (cannabidiol), a cannabinoid that can provide some health benefits without any of the intoxicating effects of THC (tetrahydrocannabinol). GCBG is often referred to as “the mother of all cannabinoids,” because it is produced first by the plant and then converted into other cannabinoids. In other words, without CBG we wouldn’t have cannabinoids like THCA, CBDA, and CBCA. There is far less research on the efficacy and safety of CBG than there is for CBD and THC, both of which are far better known to the average cannabis consumer. CBG works differently than other cannabinoids, in that its effects are mainly the result of binding with families of receptors such as TRPs and PPARs, and not the body’s endocannabinoid system. Some of the suggested possible uses of CBG include in the treatment of neurodegenerative disorders like Alzheimer’s disease or multiple sclerosis, as well as metabolic diseases like diabetes.2, 3 As of today, there have been no human clinical trials on the efficacy or safety of CBG in order to provide us with a clearer picture of its potential health benefits. April 25, Cbg2 was 2 days behind 4-25 CBG 1 4-23 in popping the soil. Since I had my first grow in the tent drying and couldn't use the tent, I put the seedlings under small led in the sunroom on a heat mat. Environmental temps ranged from 46-58. Not ideal for veg cycle and this slowed the growth of the sprouts. Throughout the diary, I will be featuring the beautiful works of Alphonse Mucha. The fluid form and sensuality of his art in the Art Nouveau style captures the essence of Goddesses for my diary. And since both my grandmother and my mother were born during his fame in the early 1900's, it is only fitting to combine tribute with Alphonse Mucha's art to convey the Goddesses of Mother and Healing. My grandmother was born in 1899. She raised her only son as a single mother. She was educated and found work as a secretary to a corporate executive. The depression came and then World War II. My father (her son) joined the Army Corps and went to war. My grandmother was an artist and photographer for which she won many awards. During her photographic heyday she created a colorizing technique for black and white (actually sepia at the time) photographs. I will show some of her art as well and I will indicate as such. My mother was born in 1922 after her my grandfather settled a homestead in the Wyoming 1906. The gypsy spirit was born into her blood. When she graduated Teachers college in the 50s, she applied to the state department to teach overseas. She was assigned to Japan where she taught the children of the officers and diplomats stationed in Japan after WWII. While there she embraced the food, culture and arts. She learned Japanese cooking, Summe- Japanese drawing style, painting and Ikebana, Japanese floral design. I will show some of her art as well and I will indicate as such. I give my gratitude to the matriarchs that have influenced my life. Thank you, friends for following me on my journey. About Alphonse Mucha Born: July 24, 1860 - Ivančice, Moravia (Czech Republic) Died: July 14, 1939 - Prague, Czech Republic Movements and Styles: , Japonism Mucha was famous for his commercial posters, which had a wide audience, but he also worked in a variety of other media, including furniture, sculpture, jewelry, and theatrical sets. He mostly worked in Vienna and Paris, but was also in Chicago, where he taught at the Art Institute, from 1904 to 1910. There, he introduced his interpretation of the "new art" to a United States audience. The densely patterned posters epitomize the Art Nouveau interest in natural forms, decoration, and a rejection of the anonymity of mechanical production. Mucha shot to fame in 1894 with his theatre poster for Gismonda. The leading actress, Sarah Bernhardt was an internationally famous, and by association with her, Mucha quickly became famous as well. Bernhardt put him under contract, and Mucha created many promotional posters for her, as well as costumes and stage sets. Amid the Belle Époque posters Mucha's style was a hit. Collectors stole his posters from billboards, dubbing his style "Le Style Mucha." But he felt art must do more than be visually pleasing; it must communicate a spiritual message and uplift its viewers. Mass-produced art appealed to him, since it could reach and inspire more people. In posters for perfume, beer, biscuits, bicycles, and Job Cigarettes (1896) he blurred the barrier between fine art and commercial art, between commerce and philosophy. Drawing from the influences of the Pre-Raphelites, Hans Makart, and Japanese wood cuts Mucha developed his unique style. His style was organic and ornate, graceful and dynamic, with curving, swooping lines and Byzantine borders, lettering, and frames. His iconic 'Mucha woman' had curves, flowing hair, pastel robes, and often a halo of light or flowers, which recall the haloes from the religious icons he saw throughout his boyhood. Mucha's women burst with life; in stark contrast to the Symbolist femme fatales, (such as Edvard Munch's Madonna) Mucha's women are not a dangerous temptation to be resisted.

On 5/5 I transplanted the goddesses to 5 gal air pots in their final home. I removed them from the peat pots and transferred to soil Happy Frog 🐸. Day time temps are getting warmer so I took the gals out for fresh air and sunshine. May 7-9 setting up new @ACInfinity tent. Excited with this tent. It is Amazing. @ACInfinity pulled out all the stops in design, functionality and convenience. 5-9 used Tps 1 foliar spray on plants. First measurements CBG 1 was 3.5 " and CBG2 3" 5-10 fertilize TPS 1 @ 5ml/g 1 liter each plant & Canopy 5ml/gal Spray foliage 5-13 Canopy 6ml/gal folar spray

Let me introduce you to the Goddesses: Gaia for Mother (aka CBG1) Goddess of the Earth and prophecy. She is the primordial mother and a personification of Mother Earth Circe for Healer (aka CBG2) Greek Enchantress and minor goddess, renowned for her vast knowledge of potions and herbs 5/14-20 Week 3 everything was going well until I did my first full watering in their new air pots on 5/15 5-15 6ml/g TPS1 and15 ml canopy. Plants were droopy 3 days after first water. TPS is a new fertilizer for me. Based on previous grow, the plant pots are holding more water and seem to need watering less frequently, so I am only watering and fertilizing one time per week! TPS1 has a surfactant in it so I hope the plants are getting enough water and fertilizer. When I watered, all the water with nutrients flowed out of Circe. I waited 3 days since the pot still felt heavy before I transplanted again and I put her in a fabric pot. Then I began seeing leaves yellowing. Based on grower replies to my question, it appears she didn't get any nutrients because of the crappy soil. The fabric pots provided in the tent kit from AC Infinity are very well made with a thicker fabric consistency. The sides of the pots have grommets for LST and very sturdy handles. I recommend. While not planned, now the two CBG plants I am tracking for the @Seedsman contest this grow will be a comparison of fabric pots and air pots as well (for my curiosity). At the time Gaia & Circe were transplanted into air pots Gaia was 3.5 inches and Circe 3 inches. Growth rates were comparable. Hopefully now that I have Circe in good soil, she will bounce back quickly. Gaia & Circe have 2 lady friends in the tent-gelato 41 and Cream Caramel. Gelato 41 I am LST by pinning down and tucking the big leaves under. In week 8 Cannabis links as I am only doing 1 diary. and Cream Caramel (both indica dominant). Comparison of plants: The Goddesses (CBG) are taller and lankier than their mates. Gaia mother is the fullest and tallest showing Sativa genetics. How appropriate 😄. Cream Caramel is short and bushy. Gelato41 is pinned but bushy as hell and the nodes are so close together. If I had known the growth structure, i would have chosen a different strain to LST. I'm pushing the big fan leaves under the top layer. I was using thin copper wire pins but the stems are pushing them out/up. I switched to 1/2 inch garden pins. 5/18 Moved Circe to a fabric pot with Happy Frog. She received fertilizer. 5/22 All the plants in the tent were watered and fed 1 liter. 5/23 Circe has yellowing leaves. Nutrient deficiency from poor soil. Gave her high nitrogen 30-10-10 fertilizer. to help boost. 5/24 pictures, water and feed. 5/27 What a day! What started out as feeding day became, not only clean the tent but also finish set up by rearranging equipment, tying up the loose wires and measuring the plants. I surely got in my stretching exercises. I was surprised to see Gaia's size. I got out my ruler to measure but she was too all. I had to get the yard stick at14.5 inches. Circe measured 11.5 inches. She is recovering nicely after moving her to better soil and giving her a boost of nitrogen.

What is going on? Cbg2 has yellowing in leaves. I had to re transplant again to better soil. Is it moving stress or nutrients or other?

The yellowing, It's on the bottom growth first, which means it's taking stored nutrients from older leaves to make new ones, Nitrogen is a mobile nutrient and fits the bill. Was it always planted in the fabric pot? Or was it airpot like the other more vibrant plant?

5/28 Hairs are appearing on Gaia but not on Circe or others. I had an issue with the ventilation shutting off during a thunderstorm and did not fix it until the next morning. the tent temperature was 78f with RH 100% yikes. 5/30 water and feeding. Gaia is showing yellow spots and some gnarling or curling on a few of the same leaves in the middle of the plant. I think it is cal-mag deficiency based on reading. Since the deficiency appears in the middle of the plant (4 nodes below the top growth) above this is not showing the same damage, it may have been corrected. If anyone reading this has comments regarding this deficiency, please share. See pictures. Due to the growth by Gaia and Circe, I took the crates out and put them on the floor of the tent. I left Cream Caramel & Gelato 41 on their crates because they are less than 8 inches tall. 6/1 still heavy, more leaf tucking on Gelato. 6/2 Today's schedule is busy, busy with water, feed, measure, and pictures. Added cal-mag to the TPS1 just to make sure the problem doesnt return. During this week, Both CBG's had some stretch Gaia 5/27 14.5. 5/31 21' 6/2 24" Circe 5/27 11.5 5/31 18" 6/2 22" Wow 😗both grew over 10 inches this week. Comparison on the difference on fabric pots and air pots: Using a soil probe. Gaia's soil was the driest in the air pot ( also the biggest so I would expect more consumption). Circe in fabric was drier than the other gals in the tent. They are much smaller plants so they drink less water than either CBG plants. Gelato (Lst)was slightly moist. It could be tent placement and less water is evaporating from her. Her lst progress is photograghed in week 8 cannabis links. I gave each plant 2 liter of water with food. Some water drained into the pot tray except for Circe, so I added some water in the bottom of her tray to allow for wicking. Next week Gaia will be in flower and Circe will start pre flower. No signs of flower formation on the other two,

6/5 Starting week 5 The girls are drinking more quickly. So today I watered and fed using TPS1 Circle has just passed Gaia in height. From Friday 6/2 she grew 6 inches from 22 to 28 she got 3 liters Gaia grew from 24 to 26" she got 4 liters 6/7 Circe is growing like a weed (heehee) and quickly passed Gaia. Circe is 31" Gaia 27". Gaia mother is the stereo type mom large hips and flowing tresses while Circe is the willow-of-the-wisp free spirit so true for a healer. Today I flushed all the plants with 1 gallon of filtered water to remove any buildup of nutrients. Hopefully, since I've cut way back on fertilizer, they are getting what they need. The other two Cream Caramel and Gelato 41 are short and remain on the crates to keep them within 30 inches from the light. At 6/9 they are 11 inches. 6/9 water and feeding day. Circe and Gaia both drink 4 liters of water each feeding. Circe grew 3 more inches She is now 34.5. Gaia has stopped growing at 27.5 inches, Gelato 41 is 12 inches (lst) and Cream Caramel 13. These are AFRO girls. Short, Squat and Very bushy. So many leaves, I may have to trim out some large fans to give light to the bud sites. I put mirrors under their canopies to increase light penetration. My mom and dad met and married in post WWII Japan and spent several years there. Mom taught the children of the officers and diplomats but she was also a life-long learner. Her interest were cultural, religious spiritual, music and art. She studied Sumee, Japanese painting, ikebana, flower arranging, and cooking. Some of her Sumee art shown is in week 2. Here in week 5 I've included some flower arranging pictures known in Japan as Ikebana. @DreamIt, the tree is for you From the beginning of my life, my parents encouraged exploring the world around me. I tried different religions and over the years learned, that while there are many religions, they basically say the same thing. I choose spiritually and oneness with nature rather than the structured sermons of the church services I attended in my youth. Education was emphasized since my mom was a teacher and my dad an officer. My early education was in private schools since I tested above the grade level in public school. My education was fundamental reading, writing, arithmetic. science and art until I went to college. My Dad had the greatest influence on my interests in science and math. In college I studied psychology & biology and wanted to be a doctor. While I was very smart, I really didn't want to continue 12 more years of school for a medical degree. I switched my major of study to business and focused on accounting. More soon. I hope you are enjoying Alphonse Mucha's art nouveau representation of my goddesses. His art nouveau is the epitome of feminine grace and beauty. I found a doll at a thrift shop. If you are following this diary, you will remember the Alphons Mucha Goddess and picture of my Grandmother in week 1. The doll I found looks like both. So coincidental. 😄 Thanks for visiting my Goddesses and friends. We appreciate the 🌱 love 😘. Hope you had a great week and took time to have fun 👍

Week 6 6-11-17 6/11 I am watering my plants every 2 days. The catchment bins are dry and the top 2 inches of soil are dry according to the probe. 6/12 I'm checking VPD more closely since the to CBG are in flower and their tent mates Gelato 41 and Cream Caramel are still in vegetation. 7am temp was 77 RH 68 VPD 1.01. 6pm temp 76 RH 61 and VPD 1.16 These are in the range. 6-13 picture water and feed day. Gaia remains at 27 inches Circe grew .5 inch since Sunday 6/11. I did some light defoliation on the tent mates basically because these were my afro girls very short and bushy. Cream Caramel is in preflower. Gelato 41 has no signs of flower yet. 6/14 i realized today, I had my my lights on level 6 when they should have been on 10. So I adjusted the power level thru the controller. I also adjusted th fans down from 6max to 3 and 1. I reduced the fans because to me Circe looked like her upper leaves closest to the fan were dehydrated. So when I put them in the tent, I put Circe in the corner farthest away from the fans. 6/15 I'm starting to see pinkish hairs on Gaia. Their pots are still heavy, so I'm waiting an extra day. 6/16 pictures and water only. TPS 1 says to flush the pots in early flower. Each plant got 1 gallon of filtered water. 6/17 No need to water, a few pics as I have some questions forthcoming

CBG2 leaves curl and fold down WHY? . Potted in fabric bag, seated on 3 stones in drain bin. Receives same fertilizer TPS1 and water schedule as all in tent. Was last to pop soil. Almost 10 inches taller than Gaia CBG1. I thought she was dehydrated from the fans blowing.

Your overwatering (the sag) and to much nitrogen ( the clawing leaves) This has caused some lockout issues in your plant. Test your runoff water and get your ec and ph back to proper levels for the substrate your using.

Circe in AC Infinity fabric pot is holding way too much water and has nutrient lockout as indicated in response to questions. Gaia has nutrient lock as well. In the future, I'll use my air pots for my cannabis plants and use the fabrics for vegetables. 6/25 flushed all plants in tent with 1 gal of water. 6/26 Made toothpaste. Photos and recipe are in week 3 Natrona's recipes. We'll my CBG ladies aren't ready to harvest. Next time maybe. I would infuse my CBG into the coconut oil then use in my H&B salves and lotions. Which would be also be used in baking edibles as well. 6/27 2 gal flush each. Gaia 's runoff is tea color. Circe 's bag holds the water so while it may be there its so slow draining I don't see it. 6/29 Flush each plant with 2 gal water. 6 /30 picture day. Test soil ph after a week of flushing. Slightly alkaline at 7.2I Also took picture of what's in my grow room. These photos albums,.boxes of letters and miscellany as far back as I have seen is late 1800s. Wow, back then you only needed the person's name, town and state to send a letter. No house number, street, or zip code. Also the letters were opened from the side not the top. Writing for of letters have changed. The first letter of the last name is S for Street. Both of my parents and Grandmother lived thru the Depression. This had a big impact on Mom. Fear of not having something when needed led her to keep stuff. My Grandmother lived over 100 years, my Dad 89, and Mom 97. All of there awards, and everything that was important to them has been kept all these years. I've sent many many, boxes of photographs, slides, negatives, albums, and scrapbooks to my sister. I've come across things that had religious significance, artistic theory and class exercises. Some I've passed on to a few new friends I met here. When Mom died in 2020 before COVID, I was just diagnosed with cancer, 3 days later she died. The will stipulated that my sister get all the genealogy records. Mom spent over 30 years researching her genealogy from the early settlers back to Europe 1600s. Lots of paper. So I had treatment for a year, then surgery, along with multiple appointments every week. I've been going through stuff for over a year now. I continue going through boxes, and boxes, and more boxes. I have homestead documents from 1906. letters between family's that had the Spanish flu in 1914. WWI letters in 1918, letters discussing the impact off the stock market crash in 1931 and the ravages of the depression, letters between my grandfather and his brother discussing the numismatic reset in 1917. When Federal Reserve Notes were issued for the first time in 1917. Originally, these were backed by gold, and a note could be, at least in theory, exchanged for gold coin at a bank until 1933 when gold was confiscated from the general public. Be forewarned, be prepared. This 100 year cycle is repeating itself. My point is this stuff should have been thrown away a long time ago. I must have known then what would eventually what i would be facing. A card i sent Mom in 1992. So since ive been buried under all this stuff, I've been reading about the Swedish Death Cleanse conceptualized and created by Margareta Magnusson. This is a method of organizing and decluttering your home before you die to lessen the burden to your loved ones. Magnusson explains she came up with the method after the loss of her mother and husband, as going through her loved ones’ possessions while also grieving their loss was extremely difficult and emotionally draining (something I’m sure many of us can relate to after the loss of someone we love). A big part of Magnusson's approach is accepting that you don't need to keep things in order to preserve a memory, because memories exist independently of material things. It’s a process rooted in compassion and mindfulness, taking the time to consider what each item in your space means to you and what emotions it might carry. “One’s own pleasure, and the chance to find meaning and memory, is the most important thing,” Magnusson says in her book. “It is a delight to go through things and remember their worth. And if you don’t remember why a thing has meaning or why you kept it, it has no worth, and it will be easier for you to part with.” Look it up on internet. I will surely doing this as soon as I finish my Mom's stuff. My goal here is by February 2024. What I showed in the picture above, is A small of films and slides, boxes and more papers in the garage. Since I retired, I've donated my wardrobe of office and business clothes. Personally, I don't have alot of chotskies, in my home decor, mostly quartz crystals, fossils, rocks and minerals. My daughter says she wants them. They all have good energy and quite beautiful, however they are heavy and anchor you. Also among my belongings are my favorite books that have influenced my beliefs, my desires, my though process and how I see the world. Thanks for reading along this far and traveling along with me on my healing journey 💚 💫💚

Welcome to week 9. 7/2 today I defoiliated some damaged leaves from Gaia and Circe trying to make them look presentable. The lock out has done damage last will last until they are harvested. Last week was flushing every 2 days with 2 gallons of water for each plant in the tent. PH of the soil is down from 8 .2 to 7.2 not so alkaline. 7/3 water feed and some pics. I made 4 gallon fertilizer solutions using TPS1 fertilizer 10ml per gal. I made 1/2 strength at total 22,5ml Signal 1ml per gal. Total 2.5ml Ppm total 620 After I fed 4 liters each I followed 3 hours later to test the run off. Cream caramel Ec .99 ppm 690 ph 5.95 runoff 2 ltr in drip pan Gaia EC .88 ppm 620 ph 6.82 run off 2.5 ltr Circe Ec 1.30 ppm 910 ph 6.16 runoff .75 ltr 7/4 reduced light schedule to 15 hrs from 18 hrs. 7/5 flushed all with 2 gal each 7/6 cream Caramel is showing lockout now too😨 even with flushing. 7/7 more flushing. Last week I mentioned books that I've read that influenced my thoughts, beliefs and how I see the world. I grew up in the 1970s, ( my formative years) in Tidewater Virginia, situated on the Atlantic Ocean. Friends and I went to the beach, not for fun in the sun but to go to the A.R.E. The ARE is Edgar Cayce's, Association for Research and Enlightenment and the Heritage store which was a new age metaphysical crystal shop with crystals, stones, meditation, and yoga classes. I scoured old bookstores looking for books written on spiritualism, psychology, alternative religions, old doctor books, etc. My desire to be a healing practitioner stems from my books from Jeanne Rose in 1970s. She is the first herbal medicine woman in modern times. Florence Scovel Shinn, metaphysician, lecturer, artist- The Game of Life and others written in 1925. Edgar Cayce's trance readings. The older books are out of print but may still be found. There is a River is Edgar Cayce's life story. Hidden Life of Trees is a must read. It explains connectedness. Interestingly, my great uncle, in his writings (above) references the spiritual laws written in the books mentioned above. From various religious scriptures, the existence of personal behavioral laws, as I would describe as code of honor, as indicated are the ways to true Peace. Throughout my generations the search for spiritual truths have fallen outside the realm of traditional religious formation. From the spiritual sense, I have emerged full circle. grandparents' and parents' lifetimes, there were world wars. Everyone had a focus on world peace. Mucha's quote on week 8 emphasizes the need to build bridges, to achieve peace. Sadly, I remember watching the Vietnam War on the news when I was growing up. Well I started college with dream of becoming a doctor, but changed to business and accounting. During my college years, I worked part time jobs in a stock brokerage firm and jewelry store. From that point on I loved nice jewelry and desired the unusual gemstones that were mentioned by Edgar Cayce. Eventually I started my career in Accounting working in in hospitals, banking and finally in local and state government and higher education. In my late 30's having a midlife crisis, I felt that I really belonged in as a healer. I considered homeopathic school but my daughter was recently born. I did not want to travel to New York and be away from my family. An opportunity missed. My words of wisdom: If you have strong feelings in your gut, the little voice in your heart tells you that "this", what ever this represents to you, is your path. Follow your dream. My gut still gnaws at me. I graduated with a BS in accounting with a minor in psychology, continues my education thru MBA. My entire career was in accounting and finance. My last position was the Director of Financial Reporting and Revenue. I was happy, loved my job, I had a great staff. My plan was to work until I was 70 as I have good genes for longevity. Cancer changed that. The focus of oncologists is to check the cancer free box at 5 years. I'm working on cleaning up the aftermath of the storm. Yeah, my hormones are still wrecked. Ladies and Gentlemen, tell all the females you know, never take hormone replacement therapy. Try acupuncture, herbal teas, deep breathing.

Welcome to week 10. 7/9-15 Grow family, friends and followers, for the most part, I've basically been flushing 3 gallons each plant every 2 days. I think it is helping both Gaia and Circe recover from nutrient lock out. I see tufts of new flowers forming on some top buds. In the flushing, I still see tea color run off but I will return to feeding very lightly this week. Measurements for one gallon but make 4 or 5 gallons of fertilizer solution. 7/9 flushed ladies with 3 gallons and picture day. 7/ 10 I already feel behind on this week. I had to rush watering my plants in the tent yesterday so I could prep the sides and condiments for a cookout. After eating we played games then, called it early as a storm was heading our way. I was going to do my diary up date last night but the storm took out our power. So today loaded yesterdays pics 7/11 ferigating day. All got flushed 3 gallons of water. After using, then I fertilized with additional 1gals Fertilizer TPS1 15 ml in 4 gal Signal 7.5 ml in 4 gal Each plant received 1gal. Also baking day -Banana Brownie recipe in week 2 Natrona's recipe diary. This is free of eggs, gluten and sugar. And I'm trying to create videos. Tried adding music and adding my IG avatar. Needs work and for me, sure didn't come easy. 7/12 I added a humidifier to the tent yesterday to bring VPD in line. It's getting too hot and with low humidity, the vpd is bordering on the red zone. Temps are heating hotter here so our a/c has to work harder and still not doing the cooling necessary. It is also cooling the tent by about 5 degrees. The drip trays were empty this morning. That means that after ferigating yesterday, any runoff in the bins was drank overnight. I did not top off the drip bins with tap water today. I'm letting them go a day or two without any water. I'm seeing more new tufts of hairs on lower buds. Yay.👍 7/13 water only and pictures. Also made osteoarthritis lotion.. week 3 Natrona's recipes 7/14 checking in. The girls are doing fine. No water today and bins are dry. Also at 10x magnifying, I am starting to see trichomes 👍 Pics taken. 7/15 Ferigate day. flushed with 1 gal each then fertilized in 4 gal 22ml TPS1 and 9ml Signal Thanks for stopping by,

Week 11 July 16-22 hello friends and followers, welcome to week 11. I started seeing trichomes last week on Gaia and Circe. I don't smell anything from them. Only cream caramel gives off any fragrance. After flushing for 3 weeks, I've reintroduced fertilizer. I am using 1/3 to 1/4 the recommended dosage. How do I know what is the correct range for ec and whether I've unlocked the nutritional bind.? 7/16 flushed each with 1 gallon of water. 7/17 flushed each with 1 gal 7/18 fertilized at reduced strength each got 3.5 liters. Tps1 15ml, cal mag 1 top, big bloom 6 tbsp, signal 2.5 ml. Pictures and video. 7/19 no water, tent cleaning day, vacuum, wipe up dried spills. Took the girls outside for a few hours. 7/20 reduced fertilizer in 2 gals Tps1 7.5 ml, signal 1.25ml. Each girl got only 2 liters today. There was very little run off only Gaia with EC .80, ppm 570. Their tent mate cream caramel is very sticky and fragrant. This week has been very busy. I packed up more geneology albums and shipped to my sister. I found my some of grandmother's award winning photographs and awards, certificates and brass plaques. Until WWII women did not work outside the home. If they did, they were teachers, nurses or secretaries. During the early 1920-40 she raised her son as a single mother and found work during the depression as an executive secretary. Her family men were bankers and merchants so she had awareness of business practices. During her employ, she won an award of $2 for a human resource suggestion on the proper attire for women in the offices and women on the manufacturing lines. She continued working until the 50s. Her family always had cameras . That's how i have so many pictures from 1900. But she immersed herself in photography once she retired.. So when my Dad was in post WWII Japan, he bought her a state of the art camera. I came across so many self photos. She was the queen of selfies. Interesting to see the fashions over the years. Let me know if you would like to see some fashion pics. 7/21 made cookies. See week 1 Natronas recipes. The almond flour cookie is the basic recipe for cookies. The r3cipe calls for chocolate chips but It is versatile in that you can add nuts, dried fruit, caramels etc. If you want to taste my cookies the way I make them, you have to chop Lindt 78% dark chocolate bars and use that instead of chips which are sweeter. This time I added macadamia nuts as well. Yummy. 7/22 light defoiliation , and no water or nutrients.

you were overfeeding the plant from week 6 on, it looks like based on the diary. That's the primary cause of the curling and damage. 1,3-1,5 ec is a much better range to be in. you can always test a particular plant's boundaries, but most like this. Relative to environemtn, when near what is needed to provide for max growth rate, it takes weeks if not a month or more before you see if it is something that is building up or becoming deficient in the leaves. Then, you have all the relativistic relationships among the various nutrients in fertilizers to contend with. It's fairly complicated. You can see the research represented in various hydro nutes like southern ag's, jack's, masterblend etc.. they all have a base of 5-12-26 plus or minus a bit here or there, and paired with calcium nitrate. these ratios have been systematically resolved through cross referencing more data than any one of use can possibly accrue with a small garden, or even a big residential garden. it ends up being somethign like 1:1:2 (7-7-15 is a better resolution, if i recall). Do that at 1,3 to 1,5 EC and enough ca/mg/s relative to your tap water, and bam.. it's smooth sailing. minor adjustments that take weeks or longer to see the results after that.

Hello Friends and followers and new visitors welcome to week 13. 7/30-8/5 Goddesses are doing well. I'm seeing new pistils on some buds throughout the plants. 7/30 pictures videos and ferigate day. Each received 2 liters. Tps1 made at 2 gallon formula. Tps1 22.5ml Signal 9 ml Ec 1.14, cm 1140, ppm 790, ph 5.94. Added 2.5 ml ph up. This raised ph to 7.02 7/31 it's been so hot here lately. I made a lemon icebox pie. Very easy 10 min prep time but a 7 hour wait for chilling. It is refreshing on a hot day. Recipe in week 4 Of my recipe diary. It's infuseable if you make your own crust. 8 /1 took some close ups of the goddesses buds. I'm seeing lots of milky but no amber tricomes at 13 weeks 8/2 Fertilized the Goddesseswith 1 1/2 ltr fertilizer water. 8/3 flushed 1gallon followed by 1 liters fertilizer water. 8/4 no water or fertilizer. Opened tent to let in fresh air. 8/5 Busy today. The ladies in the Goddess tent went outside for their hair cuts. Lots of defoliation. I took off most 3 leaf feeder fans from both Gaia and Circe. Cleaned up cream caramel for the dry leaves. Interesting on Circe, every bud location had a single leaf feeder leaf of course with the three and 5 leaf sugar leaves as well Gaia did not have the single leaf feeder. Checked tricomes in top, middle and bottom buds. It looks like 90% milky. Ferigate 30ml Tps1, Signal 12, cal mag 20. Each lady received 3 ltrs. So, as it goes, I'm still going through boxes of Moms papers. In week 1, I told you about my grandfather establishing a homestead in Wyoming in 1906. Saturday, I came across the original land rights document issued from the President of United States, Warren G Harding, in 1923 to my grandfather. Stipulations of the Homestead act required that the owner make improvements and live there a certain number of years. All of the conditions were met. Let me tell you. Wyoming is dry and windy like a desert but cold. Noone wants to live there even now. The courage and fortitude required to uproot and establish a new life in an uncharted territory was passed on to my mother. Having attended several schools and colleges, she settled in Connecticut and went to Teachers College. After graduating, she signed up with the US State Department to teach overseas. Her first choice was Triest Italy, her second choice Tokyo Japan. We don't always get what we want: she got her second choice, Japan. And as the song says, you get what you need. After Japan, my dad was assigned to Langley Air Force Base in Hampton. The family moved to the states. After a few years settling into life in the states, my mom continued teaching elementary children. In 1969 she received "Teacher of the Year." The school she taught at was located in a low-income area with many underprivileged children. many of the children had reading difficulties. During the 1970s she returned to college to pursue advanced degrees in education, specifically learning disabilities. She changed school districts and once she completed her master's degree, she worked between 2 schools as the reading specialist. She received teacher of the year award again two more times before she retired in the 80's. As I mentioned in an earlier week, she was a lifelong learner. In the 1980's her quest for spiritual enlightenment began. She began attending holistic seminars for meditation, yoga, chakras, crystal energy, spiritualism, healing and many other "New Age" ideologies. I followed this same spiritual pursuit in the '70s and still follow many of the same isms. When I emptied out her apartment when she died in 2020, I came across some of the exact books that I had purchased, and still have, in my quest for spiritual truths. In 1866, Mucha witnessed the death and destruction of the from the Austrian-Prussian warwhen he was a child. After German invasion and occupation, a cholera epidemic broke out and the emaciated bodies were thrown in a mass grave outside of town. WWI broke out in 1914. 1915 Czechoslovakia took steps to become an independent nation. 1917 the russian revolution ended the tsarist regime to an end. 1919 WWI ends. Mucha witnessed first hand the loss and devistation wars bring. It was during the war, Mucha began his famous The Slav Epic. A series of paintings highlighting the trials and tribulations of the Slav nations for the fight for independence. These works of art were given to the City of Prague. After the war ended, Mucha designed Czech postage stamps as well as banknotes that were circulated in 1919-1931. 1933 Naziism is on the rise as Hitler's popularity increases. As the fear of war increases, he paints the "Light of hope". Soon WWII will break out. When Mucha was in his mid 30's he met August Strindberg who introduced him to Occultism and mysticism which have a significant impact on his life and work. In 1894 he bought a 10x13 cm rectangular format camera. This too becomes essential in preparing his compositions, and as a support in its own right. I have shown in my posting the various family photographs dating back to the late 1800's. Everyone wanted to have the latest technology with respect to the arts. Remember the theater was in its heyday. Mucha was painting the posters for the prima donna Sarah Bernhardt's theatrical performances. In 1922 , Mucha is elected Soverign Grand Commander of the Czech Supreme Council of Freemasons and wrote a book on Freemasonry in 1925. This was to mark the 333rd anniversary of the birth of Jan Amos Kaminsky 1592- 1670, consideredby many at that time to be yhe spiritual founder of Freemasonry. The mysticism books I have by Florence Scovel Shinn and Emmitt Fox were written in 1920s and 30s. The universal pursuit of man's higher purpose and the universal spiritual truths are reflected in my family letters. The pervasive topics were the war and the international conflicts resulting from one nation's desire to oppress and control, and through spiritual pursuits, the dream for world peace.

Welcome friends to week 14. 8/6-12. I did defoilation last week of most of the feeder leaves. The goddesses let you know what they want and dont want. When I was defoliating, if the leaf was hesitant in coming off, don’t force it, because it will bring part of the bud with it.That being said, I have 3 small buds that came off during trim. Close up pics above. I have these drying on a fruit bowl in the kitchen and will give CBG a try in about 2 weeks. 8/6 No water today. Adjusting to yesterday’s defoliation, outside time and fertilization. This is day 106 since popping the soil on April 17. Based on the last auto flowers I grew, I anticipate these will be ready to harvest at the end of 2 weeks (Aug 19-20). I don’t know how long it takes for trichomes to start turning amber but I see almost 100% milky, just no amber yet. 8/7 I’m pushing an extra day without water and not running humidifier. This is pushing VPD higher into the excess range. I read that this stress can motivate the plant to make bigger buds. Harvest time will determine if that’s so. 8/8 Ferigate 3 gallons using TPS1 23.75ml, Signal 9.5ml, EC 1.19, PPM 820, ph 7.5. I only gave them 1 ½ liters each today. 8/9 No water. Still not seeing amber trichomes. How long will it take? 8/10 light fertilize today. 3 gallons with 15 ml TPS1, 7.5 ml Signal. Each received 1 gallon. They were in the tub so all run off went down the drain and I didn't get measurements. There was a summer storm today so I utilized the time to go thru more boxes. Interesting items that I came across: 1 grandmother's notes for colorizing black white photos. She won awards for this process. 2 grandfather's attestation to the US State land department on the improvements made on the homestead acreage. State confirmed improvements. The official land rights posted above. 3 1928 cook book Women of the Presbyterian Church. Shown is a recipe for cooking 'possum. Good old southern cooking. Recipe by my great grandfather. I'll check the book for any that might be really yummy. 8/11 no water. More hair tufts forming 8/12 ferigate today. Prepared 3 gallons TPS1 23.75 ml, signal 15 ml, cal mag 15 ml, ppm 794, ph 6.59 ****** From the emergence of women in the workforce after the depression ad WWI, women in business were the secretaries and clerks. A woman’s place was in the home. My grandmother, father and mother were all high achievers in their careers, and interests. All won awards for their achievements in work activities, teaching, and arts. This type A behavior was instilled in me from the start. In everything I did I had to be my best. I worked a variety of jobs from jewelry sales to office clerical during high school and college. Attending school and working at the same time and maintaining straight A’s is typical A behavior. I started picking up industrial psychology courses and some business. When I got into accounting, my male accounting professor said I was really good and I should consider it. The economics of business was changing. Women were breaking the glass ceiling in large corporations with more women were becoming CEO's of big corporations. So, I changed my major of study in college from science to business and accounting. I entered a difficult field. Once out of college, I started in the accounting field and remained in the same career for over 35 years. I did not have the desire to travel the world so I remained in Tidewater. My career began as an accountant responsible for payroll and accounts payable at a hospital, then went into banking. From there, I entered government accounting and finance. Over the years, I was promoted from staff accountant to manager, then director of financial reporting at Tidewater Community College (TCC). Interestingly, I came across my mom’s college yearbook. She attended Teachers College of Connecticut (TCC). My mom began her teaching career in college, and I ended my career while working in higher education. What a coincidence! My need for perfection is causing stress and anxiety since I’m having difficulties. Even though I followed the TPS1 autoflower weekly recommendations, I still overfed. This caused nutrient lock out for which I flushed with no nutrients for 3 weeks. Once I resumed 1/4-1/2 strength the required solution, I started seeing new white pistils in the existing buds. Thanks for stopping by. Your likes and comments are appreciated. Have a great week, enjoy your smoke and have fun 👍.

8/13-19. Hello friends, welcome to week 15. 8/13 Pictures of tricomes today. This is a difficult process to photograph, hold microscope, keep image still, push the button. Phone shakes, start again. Here are a few of them that weren't just a blur across the screen. I would say trichomes are100% milky. New pistils are still forming on multiple buds on both Gaia and Circe. 8/14 Well damn, based on yesterday's question regarding new hairs forming and when to harvest, it appears CBG is harvested early when the trichomes are milky. You DONT wait for amber. Thus, I will be starting the harvesting process today. I have been flushing for several weeks to reverse lockout but just resumed light fertilizer yesterday, not expecting to harvest now. Today, I flushed with 2 gallons of water with 9ml Signal. Signal can act like a flushing agent. I think nutrient residue will be limited. Hopefully, the late harvesting will not be detrimental to the flavor and more importantly the effect. I'm glad I have 1 more seed that i can grow later, hopefully to perfection. I have already turned off the lights in the tent but will keep the fans and vent on. Plants will be in 2 days of darkness before the chop and dry cycle. Some how I miss counted how many edibles we had (or we enjoyed them so much, we ate extra servings). So today I did double baking. Samoa bars and lemon curd brownie bars. Recipe in week 4. These are cake like. Modifications I did, reduce sugar by replacing with monkfruit sugar. The result is not as sweet as a lemon cake. While not required, a lemon glaze would be nice on this. Side note: I am a very organized person. As director of financial reporting, I was responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting. I planned out my major work 18 months before the due date. I prepared the timelines for all reporting and staff deadlines and due dates from supporting departments. Even with multiple schedules for State and local reporting with short deadlines, i never was stressed out. Why, because I know the process, what's involved, how the schedules and numbers interrelate. I'm so new at growing, I still haven't mastered the basics. Having to react all of a sudden to new information (harvesting late) and jump into gear to resolve is stressful to me. I had many setbacks on this grow. Not all were my fault. I followed the TPS1 auto flower dosages by week and still over fed resulting in nutrients lock. Next grow, I'll plan trimming dates, stress training dates and expected harvest dates. I will still use the TPS1but will reduced the autoflower amount to 1/2. Currently I'm researching living soil to use in future grows. 8/16 today I am sad. Sad that my grow is ending, sad that the grow environment was not ideal regarding nutrients, sad that I missed the optimum harvest window. They remain In the dark with fans and vent on.. Also I brought in the outside girls to put in darkness. Since I'm off my schedule, I give you some entertainment. You've been on GD for a while today. Get up and stretch and get cardio. Look up Sidh. See pic. Hot out of Europe, bagpipes like you've never heard before. 8/17 The girls have been in darkness for 2 days with no water. I opened the tent for pictures. Circe had aphids 😱. All the gals came out of the tent for examination. The other 2, Gaia and cream caramel are in air pots and did not have any bugs. Circe seemd to suffer the most from the fertilizer problem so was more stressed and susceptible to pests. Remember, I had to transplant her early on to a fabric bag. The fabric made a nice home for the aphids. This confirms not to use fabric for my weed grows. Today was wet trim and chop. I decided to get wet weight on Circe but hold off on trim. Weighed prior to spraying with the her off with the hose. She is hanging to dry but I am undecided whether to toss her or not. From my question, growers indicated that I was way past the harvest window based on King crown buds and it may have degraded to CBN and to toss. I have hope for Gaia and will take her thru cure and smoke. There are no amber trichomes on either Gaia or Circe at the start of 15 weeks even after missing the chop window. That may be the result of nutrient lockout or that CBG trichomes don't turn amber. If any one knows please let me know. I trimmed cream caramel while hubby trimmed Gaia. These ladies are hanging together in the garage. Circe is there too but on the other side of the room. Everything in the tent came out for alcohol wipe down and sprayed with Fox Farm "Don't Bug Me". Nothing goes back in the tent until I confirm all infestation has been cleared. The soil Circe was growing in has been disposed of in the ditch. The other soils in the air pots will be amended and reused. 8/18 trimmed outside girls. Had some bud damage. Not sure if bud rot or bug/worm damage? 8/19 well after power wash spray and 2 days of hanging, Circe still had a few aphids crawling around. So I chopped to pieces and put in the trash can. I didn't want to bring the infestation to my compost pile. The soil from fabric bag was spread out at the back of the yard. I have all the girls in the tent hanging and drying. So 2 weeks or so for smoke rreview. Wet weights Godesses and tent mates Circe 750g she was the largest. Unfortunate that I had to trash her. Gaia 508g Cream Caramel 616g Gelato 41 358g Outside girls Northern lights 282g Critical +2 120g All plants are hanging in the tent with a fan rotating outside the tent for air circulation. ***** SEEDSMAN DESCRIPTION: CBG, or cannabigerol to give it its full name, has received a lot of attention recently as a 'new' cannabinoid. Seedsman CBG Relief Auto allows growers to explore the virtues of CBG by way of a new auto-flowering strain. While it produces large amounts of CBG virtually no THC or CBD is present in mature plants grown from these seeds making it a completely legal choice in many countries. Characteristics: Breeder/Brand Seedsman Genetics Unknown Variety Mostly Sativa Flowering Type Autoflowering Sex Feminised Max. THC Content % 0% CBD Content % Low (0-1%) Taste/Flavour Floral Effect Body|Relaxing Medicinal Properties Currently being researched. Flowering Time 56 - 63 days from seed

My CBG plants 112 days from seed are forming new calyx hairs after nutrients lockout. Are they revived and ready to harvest or starting over from scratch delaying harvest? For CBG do you wait to harvest at 20% amber or 100% milky? When do you harvest CBG or CBD?

Hi buddy, he formation of new calyx hairs after nutrient lockout might indicate recovery, but it's important to focus on trichome development for harvest readiness. Harvest CBG-dominant strains when trichomes are mostly milky, and for CBD strains, aim for a mix of milky and a few amber trichomes. Always observe and monitor the plants closely to make an informed decision based on your desired cannabinoid content and effects. but in your case you could pass your harved window already, that's where the plant starts to produce the banana nugs again. But check trichs if still worth it and chop it sooner than later if worth it for you buddy :) if you got any more questions feel free to follow and send me a DM :) All the best and good luck!!

I lost the larger plant due to aphid infestation.at the end of my grow. The problems I had were not the plant's fault. User errors but the harvest was pretty good for my remaining plant. I have a seed left and will grow it again in the future. I will also look for other CBGs from other venders for comparison on timing and yield. I really want a big harvest since I want to put this in edibles, cleaning and health and beauty products and let's not forget the anytime smoke. After 2 weeks drying, I did a smoke test. Flavor was mildly earthy. First there is no buzz or head high. I was focused and relaxed. I liked the calm feeling. I will provide smoke review again after curing for a few weeks. I woul recommended to all the growers that do not want or cant handle the high feeling. It is a nice strain, just not for stoners.

The tale of the Goddesses is ending. Through this grow, I have given tribute to matriarchs-my grandmother and my mother who have influenced who I am in this world. I’ve showcased their art, photographs, and their lifetimes. I shared our family history through old photos while also showcasing the art of Alphonse Mucha in the Art Neuveux style he created in the early 1900's. The femininity reflected in his art elevates women to Goddesses with their flowing hair and floral backgrounds. In the diary I indicated I wanted to be a healer in my younger years. I wasn't a medical professional by career choice, but I provide natural nontoxic solutions for cleaning and beauty products and have for my family and friends for over 25 years. Not only are the items healthy and clean, but they are also effective and save you money. And who doesn't want that? I added the song Woman by Iris Gold. Have a listen in you tube or amazon music. Shoot for the stars and may all your dreams come true. My cover for Harvest and Smoke report is Alphonse Mucha’s poster for Job cigarette papers. This is one of the most famous works in design history. Taking its cue from a new kind of female beauty, its modern girl has hair with a life of its own. The tendrils look more like the floating tentacles of a jellyfish. This is in vast contrast to the style of the times when women wore their hair tightly pulled up on their heads. For most people, though, the Job poster is less likely to be associated with belle époque Paris of early 1900’s, than the swinging 1960s. Its blissed-out smoker and trippy swirls made it an obvious choice for the bedroom walls of a later generation of freedom-seekers. In posters for perfume, beer, biscuits, bicycles, and Job Cigarettes (1896) he blurred the barrier between fine art and commercial art, between commerce and philosophy. The weekly diary covers I presented show Mucha’s style - organic and ornate, graceful and dynamic, with curving, swooping lines and Byzantine borders, lettering, and frames. The iconic 'Mucha woman' had curves, flowing hair, pastel robes, and often a halo of light or flowers. His women burst with life. I have mixed emotions about my grow and harvest. My results indicate I have a lot to learn. This was my 3rd grow and I still have problems with over feeding my auto girls. wh For all future grows I will reduce any synthetic fertilizer to 1/4 to 1/2 the recommended dosage. Overfeeding caused clawing and canoeing followed by nutrient lockout. While I was trying to correct this problem, flushing for 3 weeks to get out the excess fertilizers and salts, the girls were already overmature and past harvest. Checking trichomes at 10 weeks, there were few trichomes and didn't see much more until week 12. I checked with my phone camera at 10x magnification every other day. I saw lots of clear, then clear and milky, then all milky but never did I see any amber trichomes. The plants began to reveg based on the King Crown buds developing (see pics in week 15). The CBG may have degraded to CBN since I was 3-4 weeks late in harvest. If that is true, I don't mind since I need sleep medicine too. I lost Circe at the end due to aphid infestation. Ater several power washing with the hose on jet, we could not get the bugs off. So, I chopped her and into the trash she went. I did only minor defoliation near the end of the grow but neither plant was very leafy. For future grows, I will defoliate on a schedule, do some stress training maybe fimming, lollypopping, and defoiliating. Note to self: when buying seeds, look for more growing information on the strain such as when trichomes are expected and days to harvest. Knowledge is power. On the flip side, my happiness comes from the completion of a grow the harvest was 57 grams of smoke and 26 grams trim was not the highest yield but workable for what I need. As I indicated in the beginning, my plan, in addition to enjoying the smoke, is to put CBG in my health & beauty products. So, you don't have to wait for me to make mine, I've loaded a pain salve recipe above from Emily Kyle for a CBD or THC. The recipe shown makes 3/4 cup but can be doubled or halved. I'm, so excited I have decarbed my CBG trim and will use to make this formula while the buds are curing. I will also include some Lemon auto which is 17:17 CBD:THC to give it some other cannabinoids. I'll also put the recipe in the recipe diary. CBG will go in the coconut oil I use in my toothpaste ( recipe loaded in recipe file) If you follow me, check my recipe diary periodically as I will add new food and beauty recipes in future grows. For my readers and followers, I express my sincere gratitude for all the comments, likes and views and thank you for responding to my questions.
