Organic Tangerines Dutch Passion Contest

Heya Farmers, I had a lot of fun with last years competition, I have such a big Dutch Passion seed collection now! Still I couldn't pass up on the chance to grow Tangie with a bunch of other people, this is one of my favourite strains. I'm not the best at organics, so this diary will be a learning experience, I'm sure I will end up with some wonderful weed, this has never not been the case growing Dutch Passion for me. I used the float technique to germinate, I took a shot-glass of 1% hydrogen peroxide and let the seed float on top for 12 hours in a warm, dark cabin, after she opened up i soaked a rapid rooter and dropped her in there. 24 hours later we had a little seedling. I waited a week for the roots to start poking out of my rapid rooter and then transplanted her in a mix of Perlite, organic soil and worm castings, all locally sourced. hoping for no bugs, so far it's been smooth sailing. she's under some cheap shoplights until my tents open up, I find that seedlings tend to do better under 6500k t5 Leds than full spectrum grow lights anyway. Growth will be slow, as I might keep her root-bound until tents open up, this also allows us to get a feel for her stress resistance. Hope everyone enjoys the competition!
