Blueberry Muffin / Apple Blossom / Grow #4

GanjaGecko The substrate is a mix of 80% Bio Bizz Light-Mix and 20% coco with perlite. It was well mixed, and about 20% Plagron Megaworm was added to the mixed substrate. At the beginning, the ladies were placed in small seedling pots, where a small pinch of Dynomyco mycorrhiza was added to each pot. For the first two days, the pots had a small dome to keep the humidity around 90%. In the first weeks, the ladies were still in a different tent, as the intended one wasn't finished. Since they were much smaller than the others and positioned lower down, the ladies had a ppfd value of about 150-200, which is quite sufficient for the first week. The ladies received 50% of the nutrients. Since it's organic fertilizer, it takes a few days to become available for the ladies. One could probably skip it in the first week. However, the ladies handled it quite well. They each got about 10ml. Otherwise, they were only watered when necessary.

GanjaGecko The two ladies each got about 20ml of nutrients and were only watered minimally as needed. The Blueberry Muffin is doing great. The Appleblossom is struggling a bit but is coming along. Later, it will be a useful and good filler. Unfortunately, some pictures from weeks 3 and 4 were overwritten and are completely gone :). From week 5, it will continue.

GanjaGecko In week 3, the ladies were repotted. The Blueberry Muffin got a 5L pot and the Apple Blossom received a 3.8L pot. Again, a good pinch of about 1.5g of Dynomyco Mycorrhiza was mixed around the roots during repotting. The ladies received about 150-200ml twice a week, with fertilization once a week. In week 4, the ladies got a topping, from which they recovered well. In week 5, in addition to the regular fertilizer, the ladies received a portion of BioEnhancer from Green House Feeding. At the end of week 5 on day 34, the ladies got a new accommodation. From then on, the ladies were in a 40cm×40cm×160cm tent with two Sanlight Q1W dimmed lights hanging crosswise, so that the light overlaps. Both Sanlights are dimmed to 20W each, totaling 40W and achieving an approximate ppfd value of 500-600. The distance to the light is 40cm.

GanjaGecko The ladies got a bit of the mixed substrate, mixed with 50% Plagron Megaworm to have fresh nutrients in preparation for flowering. The ladies received about 200ml of water every 3 days. One time it was fertilized with 100% and additionally the BioEnhancer from Green House Feeding. The shoots were tied down so that they would reach a similar height.

GanjaGecko At the beginning of the week, the Blueberry Muffin got 400ml of water and the Apple Blossom got 200ml. 3 days before switching the time to 12.5 hours, the Blueberry Muffin received 500ml and the Apple Blossom received 300ml of nutrients. On day 46, the ladies got 18 hours of light for the last time.

GanjaGecko On day 47 (D1F), it was the first day of flowering. The light was hung at a distance of 40cm and dimmed to 30W (60%) each. Both Sanlight Q1W Dims are hung crossed, so the light overlaps and creates a higher light density. This way, the ladies reach about 700-750 ppfd. On day 50 (D4F), the two little ladies received 100% Bloom to bring a bit more phosphorus into the soil life for flowering, 0% Grow, and 50% of the additives like Top-Max, Acti-Vera, Alg-a-mic. Bio-Heaven was also at 100%. The pH was at 6.5. The Appleblossom received 300ml in a 3.8l pot, and the BlueberryMuffin got 500ml in her 5l pot. On day 53 (D7F), the ladies received 50% BioGrow, 100% BioBloom, and 100% of the additives as on day 50. On day 53, there was also 1g/l BioEnhancer from GreenHouse and 1ml/l PowerBuds from Plagron to prepare for the second week of flowering. From here on, there will be 2ml/l Sticky Fingers from XpertNutrients once a week. The Appleblossom got 300ml again, and the BlueberryMuffin got 500ml.

GanjaGecko On day 71/9F, the BlueberryMuffin experienced minimal defoliation. Since the two SanlightQ1W dim lights are hanging crosswise, the light has a better effect in the depth of the plant, and lollipopping was a bit easier. The Appleblossom only had a few minor things removed here and there. Since it took longer at the beginning and there was already consideration not to grow it big, it's totally fine, and everything it carries at the end is a small plus compared to the BlueberryMuffin. On day 57/D11, there was a small amount of fertilizer. 0.5ml/L BioGrow, 1ml/L BioBloom, 0.5ml/L TopMax, 2ml/L BioHeaven, 1ml/L Acti-Vera, 1ml/L Alg-a-mic, 0.2ml/L CalMag, 0.5ml/L PowerBuds, 0.5ml SugarRoyal, 1ml/L StickyFingers, 0.5ml/L MasterRoot, and pH value 6.7. The BlueberryMuffin received 500ml, and the AppleBlossom got 350ml. Again, in three stages with a 20-minute interval between each watering. On day 60/14F, at the end of the second week and preparing for the third flowering week, there was 100% fertilizer. 2ml/L BioGrow, 1.5ml/L BioBloom, 1ml/L TopMax, 2ml/L BioHeaven, 2ml/L Acti-Vera, 2ml/L Alg-a-mic, 1ml/L PowerBuds, 1ml SugarRoyal, 2ml/L StickyFingers, 0.5ml/L SugarShot. The pH value was 6.8. Again, the BlueberryMuffin received 500ml, and the AppleBlossom got 350ml in three stages with a 20-minute interval in between. For the BlueberryMuffin, for example, 150ml, wait 20min, then another 150ml, wait another 20min, and finally the last 200ml. This way, the medium can absorb the liquid well, and none of the fertilizer runs through, allowing it to settle nicely in the medium.

GanjaGecko On day 62/16F, the BlueberryMuffin received 150ml and the AppleBlossom got 100ml of water with a pH of 6.8. On day 64/18F, the ladies received a diluted and adjusted nutrient solution. From BioBizz, there was 2ml/L BioGrow, 1ml/L BioBloom, 0.5ml/L TopMax, 2ml/L Acti-Vera, 2ml/L BioHeaven, 1ml/L Alg-a-mic, and 0.3ml/L CalMag. From XpertNutrients, there was 1ml/L BloomBooster, 1ml/L StickyFingers, and 0.5ml/L Sugarshot. From Plagron, there was 0.5ml/L SugarRoyal and 0.5ml/L PowerBuds. The BlueberryMuffin got 500ml and the AppleBlossom received 350ml with a pH of 6.8. On day 64/18F, the light was hung a bit lower to achieve a ppfd value of about 830, and the DLI is around 35. On day 67/21F, the ladies received a full and adjusted nutrient recommendation. From BioBizz, there was 2ml/L BioGrow, 1ml/L BioBloom, 1ml/L TopMax, 2ml/L Acti-Vera, 4ml/L BioHeaven, 3ml/L Alg-a-mic, and 0.3ml/L CalMag. From XpertNutrients, there was 2ml/L StickyFingers and 0.5ml/L Sugarshot. From Plagron, there was 1ml/L SugarRoyal, 1ml/L PowerBuds, and 1ml/L GreenSensation. That's why there was only 30% of BioBloom. Additionally, there was 1g/L BioEnhancer from GreenHouseFeeding, which is why there was only 50% Acti-Vera. The BlueberryMuffin got 500ml again and the AppleBlossom received 350ml. The BlueberryMuffin got a pH of 6.6, and the AppleBlossom received the nutrient with a pH of 6.9 since the AppleBlossom had a pH of 6.4 when checking the soil. To bring the pH in the soil towards 6.8-6.9, the AppleBlossom will continue to get pH 6.4 for now.

GanjaGecko On day 69/23C, there was only a small amount of water; the BlueberryMuffin received 250ml and the AppleBlossom got 150ml. There were 4ml/L of BioHeaven and 4ml/L of Acti-Vera. The BlueberryMuffin was given this with a pH of 6.6 and the AppleBlossom with a pH of 7. On day 71/25C, there was 0.5ml/L of BloomBooster, 2ml/L of StickyFingers from XpertNutrients, 1ml/L of PowerBuds, 1ml/L of SugarRoyal from Plagron, 1ml/L of TopMax, 4ml/L of BioHeaven, 4ml/L of Acti-Vera, 3ml/L of Alg-a-mic, and 0.3ml/L of CalMag from BioBizz. The BlueberryMuffin was watered with a pH of 6.6 and the AppleBlossom with a pH of 6.8. On day 74/28C, both ladies received 1ml/L of BioGrow, 1ml/L of BioBloom, 1ml/L of TopMax, 4ml/L of BioHeaven, 4ml/L of Acti-Vera, 3ml/L of Alg-a-mic, and 0.4ml/L of CalMag from BioBizz, 1ml/L of GreenSensation, 1ml/L of PowerBuds, and 1ml/L of SugarRoyal from Plagron, 2ml/L of StickyFingers, and 0.5ml/L of Sugarshot from XpertNutrients. The BlueberryMuffin received 600ml with a pH of 6.7 and the AppleBlossom got 400ml with a pH of 6.9. The AppleBlossom is 27cm tall and the BlueberryMuffin is 30cm tall. The light distance of 25cm seems to be well tolerated by the ladies.

GanjaGecko On day 76/30F, there was a little bit of everything. 1ml/L TopMax, 4ml/L BioHeaven, 4ml/L Acti-Vera, 3ml/L Alg-a-mic, and 0.4ml/L CalMag from BioBizz, 1ml/L PowerBuds from Plagron. On day 78/32F, 1ml/L TopMax, 4ml/L BioHeaven, 4ml/L Acti-Vera, 3ml/L Alg-a-mic, and 0.4ml/L CalMag from BioBizz, 1ml/L GreenSensation, 1ml/L PowerBuds, and 0.5ml/L SugarRoyal from Plagron, 2ml/L StickyFingers, 2ml/L BloomBooster, and 0.5ml/L Sugarshot from XpertNutrients. On the last day of the week, day 82/35F, the two little ladies received 1ml/L BioGrow, 1ml/L BioBloom, 4ml/L TopMax, 5ml/L BioHeaven, 5ml/L Acti-Vera, 4ml/L Alg-a-mic, and 0.4ml/L CalMag from BioBizz, 1ml/L GreenSensation, 1ml/L PowerBuds, and 1ml/L SugarRoyal from Plagron, 2ml/L StickyFingers, and 0.5ml/L Sugarshot from XpertNutrients. Additionally, there was again 1g/L BioEnhancer from GreenHouseFeeding as recommended every 2 weeks. The Appleblossom looks healthy again now, and the BlueberryMuffin is also slowly recovering. After having a few minor deficiencies, it is now slightly overfed, but it is handling it well. They seem quite resistant to small beginner mistakes. Both are developing splendidly and are only slightly behind their big sisters from the ABC run. The BlueberryMuffin already looks very frosty, and the AppleBlossom is getting there too.

An Tag 86/39F gab es wieder etwas mehr von allem. 2ml/L TopMax, 5ml/L BioHeaven, 3ml/L Acti-Vera, 3ml/L Alg-a-mic und 0.4ml/L CalMag von BioBizz, 0.5ml/L GreenSensation, 1ml/L PowerBuds und 0.5ml/L SugarRoyal von Plagron, 0.5ml/L BloomBooster und 0.5ml/L Sugarshot von XpertNutrients. Die BlueberryMuffin hat 600ml bekommen und die AppleBlossom 400ml mit ph 6.8. An Tag 89/42F gab es die volle Ladung. 1ml/L BioBloom, 4ml/L TopMax, 5ml/L BioHeaven, 5ml/L Acti-Vera, 4ml/L Alg-a-mic und 0.4ml/L CalMag von BioBizz, 1ml/L GreenSensation, 1ml/L PowerBuds und 1ml/L SugarRoyal von Plagron, und 0.5ml/L Sugarshot von XpertNutrients. Für die BlueberryMuffin 700ml und für die AppleBlossom 400ml. Beide machen sich. Die BlueberryMuffin hat wunderschöne Buds die jetzt schon unglaublich herzig sind und einen wundervollen Duft versprühen. Die AppleBlossom hängt minimal hinterher, allerdings hatte sie einen langsamen Start und dafür macht auch sie sich super. Beide sind jetzt an der höchsten Stelle 34cm "hoch". Das nächste mal ist eine Lady in 8-9L in dem kleinen Zelt alleine und wird dann auch eine größere Lady. Jetzt sind es 42Tage nach Umstellung auf 12/12. Daher das die Blüte natürlich nicht gleich mit der Umstellung beginnt sondern ca 7-8Tage versetzt war, sind es noch 7 Tage bis die Ladys ihre rund 45Tage erreicht haben. Sehr gespannt ob die Angaben hinkommen beziehungsweise wie viel Tage sie länger brauchen.

On day 93/46F, there was a bit more of everything again. 2ml/L TopMax, 5ml/L BioHeaven, 5ml/L Acti-Vera, 4ml/L Alg-a-mic, and 0.4ml/L CalMag from BioBizz, 0.7ml/L GreenSensation, 0.7ml/L PowerBuds, and 0.7ml/L SugarRoyal from Plagron, 2ml/L StickyFingers, 1ml/L BloomBooster, and 0.5ml/L Sugarshot from XpertNutrients. The BlueberryMuffin got 600ml and the AppleBlossom 400ml with pH 6.8. Considering that the flowering started with about a week delay, the information for the BlueberryMuffin pheno fits quite well. The AppleBlossom definitely needs another week longer, after the bumpy start it had and also pH problems in the soil, it should get the time it needs.

Everything was adjusted to a pH of 6.8 and given to the ladies. The BlueberryMuffin received 300ml and the AppleBlossom 200ml. On day 100/53F, there was a bit more of everything. 2ml/L TopMax, 4ml/L BioHeaven, 4ml/L Acti-Vera, 4ml/L Alg-a-mic, and 0.5ml/L CalMag from BioBizz, 0.5ml/L GreenSensation, 0.5ml/L PowerBuds, and 0.5ml/L SugarRoyal from Plagron, 2ml/L StickyFingers, 0.5ml/L BloomBooster, and 0.5ml/L Sugarshot from XpertNutrients. The BlueberryMuffin got 600ml and the AppleBlossom 400ml with pH 6.8. The BlueberryMuffin has turned out beautiful and will likely be cut and hung in 3-4 days. The trichomes are almost milky, which will hopefully change in the next few days. It has also fattened up nicely for its compact size. The last "big" leaves were removed in the hope that in the last days, the energy will go into the buds. I think the AppleBlossom still needs about 1-2 weeks, which it should get.

She got 300ml with a pH of 6.8. On day 106/59F, the BlueberryMuffin was cut and hung up. I'm hoping for 8 to 10 days for it to dry. Since it's in a box with a fan, I think it will be closer to 8 days. I'll keep you updated. It stood for a total of 106 days, with 47 in veg and 59 in flowering (after switching to 12/12), which means the actual flowering lasted about 50 days. GanjaGecko On Day 112/65F, the AppleBlossom received some additional nutrients. It got 4ml/L BioHeaven, 2ml/L TopMax from BioBizz, 1ml/L SugarShot, and 2ml/L StickyFingers from XpertNutrients. She received 400ml with pH 7. On Day 114/67F, she got 300ml of water with pH 7. Day 116/69F was the last day. She could have definitely stayed another 1-1½ weeks due to the initial difficulties. She spent the last three days with her big sisters in the tent because she had to make room for the new run. Given the rather low yield she will produce due to her size, it would have been a bit of a waste to leave her standing alone. The big tent with her big sisters is used for drying, so once it's fully dried, the newly planted ladies can be distributed into their final pots in the tents. Thus, the AppleBlossom was hung upside down with her big sisters for drying to make room for the new ones. So the next update will be the harvest update...💚

GanjaGecko The Blueberry Muffin was dried in a box that stands upright and has a small fan. After 7 days, it was ready to be nicely jarred, placed in a glass with a Boveda pack at 62%, and stored in the dark.

GanjaGecko The AppleBlossom could have stayed for another 1½ to 2 weeks. However, for the rather low expected yield, the willingness to give the lady an entire tent to herself wasn't strong enough. The large tent was needed for drying the big sisters, while the small tent where the AppleBlossom originally stood is being used for the cultivation of new ladies. Therefore, on day 116/69F, she went headfirst into drying.
