📆 Germination Week, 1-10 January 2024 1 January - Placed a single seed in a cup of RO water, put in seedling tent under a ViperSpectra 600 watt at 50%, RH% 50% light cycle 24hrs, temp 74 degrees F. 3 January - Seed cracked, no root appeared 5 January - Still no root, placed another seed into a cup of RO water. 7 January - New seed cracked with root, threw old seed out. Placed new seed into Root Riot starter cube. 10 January - Seed sprouted from starter cube (see picture). 📑 This diary will be kept short, to the subject. Keeping my notes on this grow specifically. I brought these seeds out of long term storage (anything over a year is long term to me), a deep freeze temperature consistantly below freezing. I guess they are going on 3 years old now. So I’m pleased with the germination rate.
