📆 Week 2, 18-24 January 2024 18 January - The seedling is doing great, VPD is holding steady despite the radical weather conditions outside of 0 degrees F. 21 January - Stable conditions for seedling, with same weather pattern outside. 22 January - Replaced small dome with large dome over plant. Adjusted VPD. 24 January - VPD has held steady all week averaging .90 kPa. The weather outside has went back to normal temperatures for this area of about 30 degrees F, bringing the humidity range back to 30-40%. This helps somewhat with managing my micro environment. 📑 I had to place sponges (blue, see pictures) soaked in RO water inside the dome to help adjust the humidity level. It may look funny but it works. Until the plant grows in mass or the dry/cold conditions subside this will continue to be an issue. Winter weather always brings some minor problems for growers to deal with.
