6/29/24
Week 3 of flower, time to dial back the hands-on part a bit.
- Major defoliation. More aggressive this time than last grows, I'll be more aggressive in making sure all bud sites stay in the light this time to try to reduce larf.
- Removed plant ring and all LST ties as they have done their bit
- Keeping with watering every day, 3 days with feed, one day without
- Adjusted light to keep at 700 PPFD at top of canopy and 24" of distance
- Runoff pH and PPM at 6.0 and 695 respectively
- Moved a fan lower in the tent to try to blow up through the plants to keep air moving. A second fan is blowing over the canopy
7/1/24
- Added scrog net. The mainline has created a great shape, but the net helps keep things supported and spread out at the canopy.
- Plucking a few leaves as the plant fills back in from the big defoliation. Going to be fairly aggressive here to make sure all of the bud sites stay in the light.
- Budlets developing well
- Stretch seems to be slightly slowing
- Runoff pH and PPM at 6.0 and 768
- PPFD at 700 at canopy
7/3/24
- Continuing to pluck leaves as they fill in and block light and air from bud sites, may need to do a little more clean up on the very bottom of the plant.
- Vertical stretch definitely starting to slow down
- Budlets continuing to develop nicely
- Runoff pH and PPM at 6.1 and 844
- PPFD at 700 at canopy
5/3/24
- First true leaves are out
- Humidity domes removed
- Light feeding started with General Hydroponics Flora Series
- Plant 1 looking OK
- Plant 2 bouncing back, still smaller than #1, but I'm more optimistic about it given how it looked when it emerged
- Maintaining daytime humidity in the mid 70's (F) and mid 60's (F)
- Humidity at 76% in tent
