7/5/24
Week 4 of flower, honestly, things start to get a little dull now- the intense hands on part is basically over as the flowering stretch ends, so now it's just about maintaining and coasting. But things are looking good, so no complaints!
- Continuing to pluck leaves as they fill in and block light and air from bud sites, but only a few now as the stretch is slowing down
- No stickiness yet and only a minor smell
- Vertical stretch nearing the end, but still ongoing a bit
- Budlets continuing to develop nicely, good light and breeze penetration into the plant
- Starting to see signs of frost getting ready to develop on some leaves
- Runoff pH and PPM at 6.0 and 763
- PPFD at 700 at canopy
7/7/24
- More light leaf plucking as they grow in a shade out bud sites
- Vertical stretch is done but leaf growth is still ongoing
- Things are just starting to get a bit sticky
- Bud sites all looking good and seeing signs of fattening
- Minor frost development ongoing
- Runoff pH and PPM at 6.0 and 785 respectively
7/9/24
No real news is good news, everything moving along well.
- Leaves look healthy, minimal leaf plucking to keep all bud sites exposed to light and air
- Resin production picking up, and smell building slightly
- Some minor darkening of some pistils
- Medium pH is shifting slightly upwards as plant changes gears, so shifting water pH down slightly to accommodate
- Gave plant 6.0 pH water with no feed, sticking to 3 days of feed, 1 day of plain pH water
- Runoff pH and PPM at 6.2 and 719
@Realtor_Red, Thanks! Getting close to the end, and I'm pretty happy with how it's turning out. Learning some things for the next go, but this one is better than the last, so onward and upward! 😃
5/3/24
- First true leaves are out
- Humidity domes removed
- Light feeding started with General Hydroponics Flora Series
- Plant 1 looking OK
- Plant 2 bouncing back, still smaller than #1, but I'm more optimistic about it given how it looked when it emerged
- Maintaining daytime humidity in the mid 70's (F) and mid 60's (F)
- Humidity at 76% in tent
@Dabking, Thanks so much! This was a fun grow and I learned a lot along the way, I think there are some nice outcomes here. Please do stay tuned- the way Grow Diaries works, it looks like I can't add multiple weeks to document the drying and curing, but I'll keep updating this page as all of that goes along so people can see what the ultimate outcome and results are. Really looking forward to seeing how this one turns out!
@Legendaryseedthumb, Thanks very much! I think it turned out pretty well (we'll see after the dry and cure), but I also learned a lot along the way for the next one. Always trying to get better and get more knowledge. Thanks for checking out my diary!
