Wheeeeee- Week 7 of flower! Everything going smoothly as we're getting close to the home stretch.
- Starting to see a bit more fade in some of the fan leaves, buds look great
- Buds building up nicely, pistils still pretty much all white
- Opened an AC vent in the room to see if I can bring the temp down a bit and try to get some purple to develop
- Feed schedule the same: watering every day, 4 days of feed, 1 day of plain pH water
- Runoff pH and PPM at 6.0 and 791
7/28/24
- Some very nice looking buds are forming
- Still no real color on the pistils, but they are starting to pull in slightly now
- And going to close the AC vent during the day and open it at night to pul those temps down a bit more and create a wider swing between day and night to try to get some purple
- Changing to watering everyday, but 3 days of feed then 1 day of plain water
- Runoff pH is ticking up higher, so going to give it lower pH water to keep it in the zone
- Runoff pH and PPM at 6.2 and 804
7/31/24
- Some very nice looking buds developing as the stacking continues
- Still no color on the pistils, might be starting to see some signs of purple in the buds, though it's still very minor
- Starting to see a bit of fade in the upper leaves, moved light up by 1" to reduce stress and also try to replicate the fading sun in autumn
- Keeping AC vent closed during day and open at night, seems to be pushing the nighttime temp down to around 65 degrees while daytime is still around 77
- Changing feed and water schedule to watering every day, 3 days of feed then 1 day of plain pH water
- Runoff pH and PPM at 6.1 and 836
@Realtor_Red, Thanks! Getting close to the end, and I'm pretty happy with how it's turning out. Learning some things for the next go, but this one is better than the last, so onward and upward! 😃
5/3/24
- First true leaves are out
- Humidity domes removed
- Light feeding started with General Hydroponics Flora Series
- Plant 1 looking OK
- Plant 2 bouncing back, still smaller than #1, but I'm more optimistic about it given how it looked when it emerged
- Maintaining daytime humidity in the mid 70's (F) and mid 60's (F)
- Humidity at 76% in tent
@Dabking, Thanks so much! This was a fun grow and I learned a lot along the way, I think there are some nice outcomes here. Please do stay tuned- the way Grow Diaries works, it looks like I can't add multiple weeks to document the drying and curing, but I'll keep updating this page as all of that goes along so people can see what the ultimate outcome and results are. Really looking forward to seeing how this one turns out!
@Legendaryseedthumb, Thanks very much! I think it turned out pretty well (we'll see after the dry and cure), but I also learned a lot along the way for the next one. Always trying to get better and get more knowledge. Thanks for checking out my diary!
