Grow Log – Week 3
Day 15 – 16: Growth and First Nutrient Boost
Kicking off week 3, the 9 transplanted plants were loving their new homes and putting out some big, healthy leaves. On day 16, it was time for their first nutrient boost. I hit them with 1ml of BioGrow and 0.3ml of Calmag per liter of water. This shot of nutrients was just what they needed. The plants responded immediately, showing more vigorous growth and lush green foliage.
Day 17 – 18: Topping Time
By day 18, it was time to top the plants to encourage bushier growth. All the plants got topped, and they handled it like pros. The topping went smoothly, and the plants didn’t miss a beat. They were already bouncing back with new growth sprouting from the nodes. This process will help them grow more robust and produce better yields down the line.
Day 19 – 20: Post-Topping Recovery
The days following the topping saw the plants in recovery mode, but they bounced back quickly. The new growth was strong and healthy, and the plants continued to thrive in their fabric pots. The BioBizz Lightmix was doing a great job of providing a solid foundation for their roots, and the support wires kept everything standing tall.
Day 21: Steady Progress and Monitoring
By the end of week 3, the plants were showing steady progress. Their leaves were large and vibrant, and the new growth from topping was coming in beautifully. I kept a close eye on the watering, making sure the soil stayed at the right moisture level to support their rapid growth. The nutrient schedule was on point, and the plants looked healthier than ever.
Overall Progress
Week 3 ended on a high note, with all 9 transplanted plants thriving in their new environment. The nutrient boost and topping had done wonders, and the plants were looking bushier and more robust. The support wires, light adjustments, and careful monitoring all contributed to their healthy development.
I’m super excited to see how these plants continue to evolve in the coming weeks. They’ve shown incredible growth so far, and with continued care and attention, I’m confident they’ll keep getting bigger and better. This Sunset Sherbet grow is shaping up to be something truly special.
aSeems like you filled your canopy nice with the amount of plants you have. i wouldn't worry to much about topping. i mainly do because Iim doing big plants to keep my plant count down, but if you can fill a tent with smaller plants.thatis the better/quicker way. i honestly would not even top plants if you say got a bunch of nice clones and packed them close enough
