Grow Log – Week 1
Day 1 – 2: Germination and Initial Growth
The first week kicked off strong. I popped 11 Sunset Sherbet seeds from Zamnesia to pick the best ones for the grow. All seeds showed a high germination rate, and within two days, they were all sprouting. The little plants looked healthy and sturdy, quickly developing their first leaves.
Day 3: Support for the Young Plants
By day three, some seedlings started getting a bit leggy and were at risk of falling over. To keep them in check, I added some support wires. These wires helped the plants stay upright and grow stronger. The seedlings responded well to the support, continuing to grow healthy.
Day 4 – 5: Monitoring and Care
The next couple of days were all about keeping a close eye on the young plants. Watering was on point, making sure the soil stayed just right – not too wet, not too dry. The seedlings kept growing steadily, with their first true leaves starting to show.
Day 6: Adjusting the Light
On day six, I noticed some of the plants were stretching too much, reaching for more light. To fix this, I dropped the grow light closer to the plants. This tweak made sure they got enough light and stopped them from stretching. After this adjustment, the plants started to look more compact and healthier.
Day 7: Looking Ahead
By the end of the first week, I was stoked with the progress. All 11 plants were doing well, showing no signs of stress or disease. The support wires and the light adjustment did the trick, and the seedlings were growing strong and healthy.
I'm really hyped to see how these little ones turn out in the next few weeks. The first few days were promising, and I can't wait to see which seedlings turn out to be the strongest. I'll keep up the careful care and monitoring to make sure these Sunset Sherbet plants have the best shot at thriving.
aSeems like you filled your canopy nice with the amount of plants you have. i wouldn't worry to much about topping. i mainly do because Iim doing big plants to keep my plant count down, but if you can fill a tent with smaller plants.thatis the better/quicker way. i honestly would not even top plants if you say got a bunch of nice clones and packed them close enough
