I'm not gonna fill out the diary just so this 3rd seed turn hermie after a month. Last chance for dutch passion product to grow into something decent. If the second one fucks me up just as the first one did I'm not even going to wait for this third one to flower. Disappointed in the breeder tbh.
Fast forward 3 weeks will she develop pollen sacs too? This strain made me paranoid...
She's a bit sad, probably doesn't like my watering practices.
Day 14 It's a bit dryt, about to drip feed her 500ml with rootjuice.
Day 15 She's doing fine. Let's wait until she dries up.
Day 18 All good, about to water her 500ml before day 19.
Day 19
Day 20 It's time to decide if I want to LST her.
Day 21
Day 23 Since I don't really care for this strain anymore, I decided to top her and see for myself how it affects the plant. I left 3 nodes - 6 branches, removed the top, and the lowest node.
Day 24 500ml rj+bh. No stretch yet.
Day 25 I dont know. I'm on a brink of abandoning this cultivar although the growth is vigorous in all three plants. But they herm and produce seeds and the smell is quiet off putting.
Day 27 There's something weird growing, if I see just a sign of male flowers, she's going out of the window.
Day 28 Obviously I should've topped her earlier and left just 4 nodes. Watered ~700ml rj cm bh fm 6.3ph
I like her shape, let's hope she won't turn hermie although chances are slim, these genetics are weird. Next time, leave just two node - 4 branches. Bottom once are always in shade. I might give her a haircut in a day or so. Should water as well. 1000ml soon
Day 32 1000ml given (by mistake first 500ml were not pH adjusted), removed a couple of leaves that were growing inside and covering lower nodes.
Day 33 Moved her lst brackets further down the stems and slightly rotated the lowest node so the branches get less covered by the top node and get a chance to rise. So far no balls noticed. She also slow, Orions were fully flowering day 33, and this one has barely got first pistils...
Day 35 I love the symetrical structure of the topped plant, girl got potential, hope she's not gonna herm. Am I saying it everyday?
Week 6, still vegging with some tiny pistils, but I wouldn't call it flowering yet...
Day 36 Pot still heavy, I adjust her shape, lower nodes seem to stretch to the mid section, overall really leveled plant. No signs of pollen sacs so far. Should water soon.
Day 37 ~1500ml 6.3ph Spotted some intruders gnats in my paradise tent, two were destroyed at a sight, yellow stickers were installed in case there were more. I'm not gonna survive an alien bug infestation. War mode ON.
Day 38 She seems to be doing alright, I haven't noticed any male sacs yet. Insects gone too.
Day 41 She looks great, really enjoying her flatness. Occasionally remove some leaves that get in the way. No male signs spotted
Day 43 Looks good, I removed a couple of lower nodes and mostly tucked all the leaves that were getting in the way.
Day 44 All good just a bit slow.
Day 47 2000ml cm bg bb bh ~1EC 6.3ph metal brackets replaced with rubbers
Day 49 A couple of small leaves removed
Day 51 2500ml EC 0.6 ph 6.4, runoff 100ml ph6.6 EC 3.8!!! Looks surprisingly well for such conditions. Next time gonna proper runoff her with some low EC.
Day 54 No signs of deficiencies. Removed a few leaves. High humidity and high temps this week. No signs of hermaphrodite as well. Beautiful flowers.
Day 55 Removed more foliage to clear out some space for the buds. Looks amazing, smells alright so far.
Day 57 3000ml in 0.6EC 6.4ph, 300ml out 1.8EC, which is better than EC3.8 two weeks ago, but still quiet high. I wonder how the plant will react to plagron.
Day 59 Daily trimming. I think we're doing alright. Her pistils are a bit yellow, compared to the rest I've seen on other plants - I thought they are always white.
Day 62 3500ml given EC0.7 PH6.5 - runoff 600ml EC3
Day 64 It's hard to take images because it's a bit crowded and girls sit at different heights. She looks fine, no signs of problems so far.
Day 66 Removed a few more leaves that were attacking her neighbors. Her nugs are not as dense as fastbuds' ztrawberry but I mean I should be happy she hasn't thrown pollen sacs like the others in the batch.
Day 68 3700ml ec0.8 ph6.5 in, 500ml ec3.5👹 ph6.5 out, consider a rinse next time with flash cleaner. BTW it smells amazing! Like a sweet fruity gum... I'm super confused... this is what skywalker haze was supposed to be, but first two plants tasted/smelled completely different.
Day 70 I switched her places with Calfornian Snow.
Day 73 4000ml in EC0.8 ph6.3 with 3ml/l FlashClean (last time EC out was 3.5) - 1000ml out EC2 ph 6.6
Day 75 She's bulking up, smells nice, looks nice, wtf were the first two seeds about... don't want to spoil now :)
Day 78 She looks ready, but I will wait until I see some amber and maybe she will bulk up a bit more... Might become my biggest producer. Smells delicious of sweet tropical fruits. Gave her 4000ml EC0.8 PH6.3, got 700ml out EC2.1 PH6.6 which is ok. She has one cola that sterted yellowing from the top because of the light stress and probably heat, but I dialed it down and turned her. Some yellowing from the bottom but no major issues.
Day 80 Lil' photoshoot
Day 81 Still quiet a lot of white pistils, I'm just picking an evening to harvest her...
Day 84 4000ml in, last watering cycle, no fertilizers just ph 6.3 EC0.6 tap water with 2.5ml/L FlashClean, 350ml out ph7 (?) EC1.5
Well, it was a week of patience. I'm glad I had enough of product to wait and let her bulk up for the last 10-14 days. She developed some nice autumn red and yellow hues. I didn't see much amber trichomes, mostly cloudy. She could've handled a week or two more probably but I thought I waited long enough. Day 87, the Last Skywalker was harvested.
