24/8: Hey peeps, today and this week is going to be noticeably colder so maintaining temps is going to be this weeks main task. I let the soil on the girls dry up over the weekend so today they will get some water and probably won't water for 2-3 days after that to make sure the medium stays wet but not soggy.
25/8: loads of rain today temps dropping to 22°c and 80%rh so i have the dehumidifier going alternating between hours. going to be setting up a rad in the room as well as temps are not where i want them.
26/8: no rain today and temps and r.h. is sitting comfortably. Sprouts looking healthy but soil looks a little dry so will give them a dribble of water.
27/8: nothing out of the norm today, much of the same of this weeks tasks. Temps and humidity 26° and 50%.
28/8: little bit of noticeable growth going on and temps stable today.
@Thema420, When I get long stems I transplant and bury stem to the infantile leaves. I do it while still tender so the stem can root. Don’t know if right but been doing my tomatoes like that for 40 yrs. Autos don’t like transplant though.
@phlstvns, awesome by all means give it go, i did it on mine for about a week and then took them off to let them to get blown about a bit by the fan so they didnt get too damp. also give the inside of the cup a little mist. Good luck on your grow 🌱💚✊
@phlstvns, to bring up the relative humidity and temp during the early stages as seedlings to help them grow better. Though in reality the domes are only clear 18oz cup with a few holes in ( i macguyvered it as its better for my budget).
