๐The plant has taken off and is looking good. Its not looking great however, some clawing and deepening of the leaf color with a bit of 'scrunchiness" to its texture. Should indicate Nitrogen excess. Can be exacerbated by other issues, but Im just going to try and keep the tent environment as good as I can, and try to address the N excess by lowering the EC target to the low end of the target range on week 3 of the GHE drain to waist feed chart. Humidity is low, temps are a tad on the cool side at mid to low 60s. I added a humidifier to the room. Its on the outside of the tent and there is a vent to a few inches above and it brings it in the tent. This only raised the humidity about 4-5% max (averaging 40%). Ive done a high volume/low EC irrigation, and extened the fertigation event intervals a couple of times.
๐Ive seen the roots start poking out of the cloth pot, and have seen the roots start going across the top of the media. The stems are sturdy and thick and the secondary branches are about to peek out for under the top fan leaves. When those 2ndary sites get close I will tuck to help them absorb some direct light.
@@FirstCough, I appreciate your kind words. It's really hard to see the full size of the colas because of all the leaves. The buds are getting plump. The Queen cola is going to be a beauty...as long as luck is on my side.
Plant looks great. I like her shape it looks happy. I was gonna ask about the tennis balls too but gussed you would have been asked already๐. Just had to scroll down a bit.. Good luck for the rest of your grow.๐
Wow! Your plants are huge ๐ I already chopped mine yesterday, these plants just wanna flower forever it seems. I was finding new herms every day so I decided to end it, even though there was still a lot of new growth. Interested in seeing your results ๐
@FrogLord, Thanks! I think the stress that was causing the hermed calixes was the reluctance of the trichomes to mature to mostly cloudy. What's also odd about this plant is that it didn't start the new calix growth until it's tent mate was harvested...as if it was devastated that it's lifelong partner was killed. ๐ฟ ๐ท
Looking good mate. I love that raised up grill tray tennis balls. Iโve thought about doing the same sort of thing ages ago itโs so simple, I should think it would be quite tricky to remove when itโs bigger for maintenance but well worth a try good luck mate.
@nelly31, Thanks! The tennis balls are to keep the rack from poking holes in the floor of the tent. They also make it easier to slide the plant around. I don't have to remove my plant from the tent, but if I did the rack also would make it easier to pick up.
Thank you very much for trusting our strains, and sharing your experience.
And thank you very much again for the score of 8 out of 10!! ๐๐โค๏ธ
We hope you enjoy the harvest ๐
Sweet smokes!

@Smokwiri, wow such a hollow gesture. Am I supposed to be excited that you've spammed mine and hundreds of other diaries with the same crap? I'm not honored or impressed. ๐
