๐The plant overall looks fairly healthy. The buds are dense plump pine cones. The aroma is very strong and has become very perfume-ly sweet. The leaves are the more fragrant of any leaves Ive grown next to basil. The leaf curl up and the folding continues. I addressed it so far by raising the light and slightly diminishing the air blowing on the top by moving the fan further away. This didnt seem to counteract it at all. Friday I began reducing the inflow and skipped a fertigation. I then followed up the next day by doing an H2Only irrigation. I will be reducing the inflow of solution to reduce the run-off to 20-30%. I assuming it may actually over watering and maybe a magnesium deficiency (Im guessing at both). While its very difficult to over water in coco, and the solution travels thru the media fairly smoothly and quickly (unlike the tent mate in a 1 gallon pot which takes 10 minutes to give 1.5L). The roots are densely packed in the pot. this may result in the roots holding solution longer and less oxygen in the media as well. To address this I will be giving lower strength solution as well as less total volume to reduce the run-off to the normal 20-30%. I will also need to give more frequent H2Only irrigations to keep the media balanced. I may also skip one or two evening fertigations to help draw out the overall moisture in the densely packed center root zone.
@@FirstCough, I appreciate your kind words. It's really hard to see the full size of the colas because of all the leaves. The buds are getting plump. The Queen cola is going to be a beauty...as long as luck is on my side.
Plant looks great. I like her shape it looks happy. I was gonna ask about the tennis balls too but gussed you would have been asked already๐. Just had to scroll down a bit.. Good luck for the rest of your grow.๐
Wow! Your plants are huge ๐ I already chopped mine yesterday, these plants just wanna flower forever it seems. I was finding new herms every day so I decided to end it, even though there was still a lot of new growth. Interested in seeing your results ๐
@FrogLord, Thanks! I think the stress that was causing the hermed calixes was the reluctance of the trichomes to mature to mostly cloudy. What's also odd about this plant is that it didn't start the new calix growth until it's tent mate was harvested...as if it was devastated that it's lifelong partner was killed. ๐ฟ ๐ท
Looking good mate. I love that raised up grill tray tennis balls. Iโve thought about doing the same sort of thing ages ago itโs so simple, I should think it would be quite tricky to remove when itโs bigger for maintenance but well worth a try good luck mate.
@nelly31, Thanks! The tennis balls are to keep the rack from poking holes in the floor of the tent. They also make it easier to slide the plant around. I don't have to remove my plant from the tent, but if I did the rack also would make it easier to pick up.
Thank you very much for trusting our strains, and sharing your experience.
And thank you very much again for the score of 8 out of 10!! ๐๐โค๏ธ
We hope you enjoy the harvest ๐
Sweet smokes!

@Smokwiri, wow such a hollow gesture. Am I supposed to be excited that you've spammed mine and hundreds of other diaries with the same crap? I'm not honored or impressed. ๐
