Liberty Haze - DWC - 7+yr old seed

**Wednesday 3/10/2021 - Tuesday 3/16/2021** This week was kind of a shit show with the root rot and ph problems. However, I think I've got that in check now and the plant overall seems to be doing well. I'd say next week I'm for sure going to FIM, and most likely flip to bloom the following week. Last week I decided not to increase the nuts because of the leaf dmg/root rot issues I'd seen. The plant was really starting to pound down the nuts so I've increased the nuts to the H&G recommended for week 3 of grow (6ml/gal of A+B; everything else stays the same). This thing is quite a shrubbery... [Update 3/11/2021] - Root rot has gotten worse. I purchased Hydroguard and added it to the bucket this morning. I've added a picture of the progressing root rot. Additionally, it seems the old C02 hoses may had intentional tiny holes in them. I noticed less bubble production. I pulled my clear hoses back out and wrapped them in electrical tape and replaced the C02 hoses. There was a significant difference in bubble production. Lastly, the plant is definitely drinking nuts now. I've dropped almost 20ppm. [Update 3/12/2021] - The Hydroguard has worked its magic and within a 24 hour period the roots look significantly better. I'm hoping before my next water change there will be no signs of rot. The plant has maintained a stable PH for over 24 hours now without having to adjust. PPM's are down 35 from where I started. I'm going to pre-mix my full lineup above in a gallon container and use that to top the plant off for the rest of the week since she is drinking now. [Update 3/13/2021] - Added another picture of the roots. Looking better! [Update 3/14/2021] - Yesterday morning I really started to notice more spotting starting to occur on the fan leaves. I figured at this point I've gotten rid of the heat/light/root issues, and she really just started uptaking nuts. This lead me to looking at my ph pen. I've had this pen for probably 8 to 9 years. The majority of that time it sat dry (i.e., not submerged in reference or storage solution). Well, after testing with reference solution it had drifted -0.5, which means I was running my bucket ph ~5.2. I calibrated the pen at the very beginning of this grow so I have tested it for over a month now. I soaked the pen in 7.0 reference solution for over one hour and then calibrated. I repeated with 4.0 reference solution. When I ph'd my bucket it was sitting at 5.3ph. I will be calibrating this pen AT LEAST once a week from now on because I don't believe I can trust it (but I'm not ready to drop $100 on a new pen just yet).
